  Disgraceful behaviour

  Not only would this hotel not communicate with us despite multiple attempts. They charged us for a stay we couldnt possible have due to the coronavirus and as the kicker charged us twice for it. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Such a disappointment! Still waiting for any sort of contact about being charged when all eleven other hotels we booked for our road trip we were due to go on this May refunded and cancelled immediately. WE DID NOT CHOOSE TO NOT COME!!!! ITS A FREAKIN PANDEMIC!!! WE LITERALLY CAN NOT GET TO AMERICA!! Why are you taking our money when we could not possibly get there, due to no fault of our own? You are an absolute disgrace!!! We definitely will go else where when we are able to travel and would highly recommend all travellers avoid this unscrupulous place at all costs!

  Clean hotel in a convenient location

  This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. They were accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. With Covid, they have extra precautions in place which made me feel better. The breakfast is minimal, but sufficient for a quick snack. The location allowed us to walk to several points of interest and to restaurants. The only issue I found once we got home was that we were charged for three beverages from their snack store that we didnt buy. We should have looked at the receipt while at the hotel so that was our fault.

  Fairly new property

  We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel seems pretty new and in good condition. Our room was comfortable. However the shower door leaked so that the bathroom floor got quite wet. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants. I expected Bricktown to be livlier but it seemed quiet. Perhaps this was because it was a Sunday evening.

  Ok not great

  We stayed just one night which Im glad we didnt book more than that because it wasnt as great as it seemed. On a positive note is right off of the highway its like three minutes to the highway. Its a new hotel I believe they said it was just over two years old the lobby is very open and spacious they had a 75 inch TV with some sitting in the lobby you could sit there and watch if you wanted. They did have a business center them to IMAX there but however because of the virus they were closed. Which again didnt make sense they sanitize everything else throughout the hotel not sure why it would be a big deal to sanitize a mouse and keyboard or just put a plastic cover over the keyboard that could easily be sanitized. The front desk guy who checked us in was extremely nice and friendly just what you want when youre checking into a hotel. As weve been to many hotels over the past year its always nice to have somebody who is professional but yet casual and can tell you about the town. Rooms are spacious which of course it is a suite. I liked that the desk had a small white directly above it just for the desk and then there was a lamp right there too so theres plenty of light if you need to work at the desk I like that the front of the desk had to slotted glass frosted pains. And then it had a sliding frosted one so I felt like if you wanted to sit and visit with your partner who might be laying in bed you could but if they were sleeping you could pull that one shot and then the light did not shine through. Breakfast right now was on the positive at least you could get as much as you wanted of which there was hardly anything left but if there was you could grab several milks or juices several bananas whatever. But I dont see any reason there couldnt be regular food Ive been to hotels over the years where the hot food was served to you by someone anyway because even then they didnt want 500 people coming through they had somebody hand you the waffles or sausage or whatever. I kind of felt like maybe they were using the virus as an excuse to not spend money on breakfast. Beware theres a concert venue right next-door and there wasnt anything going on right now the hotel was only 75% full and there was hardly any parking in fact we had to drive around to find parking and I saw a couple of people parked on the grass because there wasnt parking spaces. I can only imagine if it was a concert next-door. Theres really no outdoor space here theres a little fire pit up front with some seating but its not really private because its right down from the front door insert youre facing the street. On the positive its close to the highway its close to Bricktown there are some things you could walk to. The bed was not comfortable I didnt think so the bathroom shower took five minutes before the water even got hot although I did like that it actually had a glass shower door versus just being the glass wall i always feel you get a draft on those. Would likely not stay again due to non comfortable bed and the parking.

  Nice Location

  This hotel is located 1.5 miles away from the Oklahoma City National Memorial. There are several restaurants about 3 blocks away. This location is minutes away from Interstate 40. Starting November 6, 2020, there is valet parking, in a lot next to hotel, for $23 a day. I am not aware of any other parking options. Marriott hotel properties require all guest to wear face masks when in public areas of hotel. A Grab & Go breakfast was offered consisting of a muffin, OJ, Coffee Yogurt and cereal. I wish there was hot tea offered. Marcus checked us in and he was polite. The room appeared clean but when I looked in the bath/shower there was a dirty hand towel left in it. Other than that, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
