  Nice Hotel

  We had a very good nights sleep. Normally, this would be a good area for nearby restaurants. However, the Covid-19 restrictions did not allow us to go to any nearby places to dine-in, but there was delivery service available and we took advantage of that. Easy access to the highway and the price was good for the quality. It may have been the best nights sleep we had on a long trip.

  Clean on the surface

  Cara was a fantastic check in receptionist! Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! We enjoyed talking to her she made check in very easy. The room looked very clean and comfortable. We checked for bugs and found none. The bathroom was very clean. We were happy till we opened the glasses out of the paper wrapping. They should be clean, right? They had been rewrapped. They were filthy! Smudges and lip prints! Yuk! So, we drank out of our own water bottles. We did not do breakfast so I cant review. Check out was a breeze.

  Great hotel and staff

  I love staying at this hotel. My husband and I enjoy staying here to relax and unwind away from home. The front desk agents are top notch! They are very kind, helpful, and professional. During one of our visits, we encountered a few problems that supervisor Zach Geary went above and beyond to resolve. Zach maintained a smile on his face through it all. He even stopped eating his lunch to resolve an issue. This gentleman is a stellar example of an outstanding employee and embodies exceptional customer service. This is why we always come back to this hotel instead of the other surrounding ones!

  Clean hotel and comfy bed

  Pulled in at midnight and was elated they honored my feather-free request. I checked in on mobile two days in advance, but no mention of my Platinum status upon check-in or offer of anything from the convenience store. Shower door and curtain were a bit hokey, but it operated suitably. Covid measurements in place with grab and go setup on the breakfast bar - plenty offerings and we felt safe. Went to the Black Bear Diner a few blocks down for a wonderful breakfast - price was right on the hotel room.

  LOVED this place!

  Our room was clean and smelled great. The window actually opens so that we were able to let fresh air in. The kids loved the double bathroom. The staff was phenomenal. It was our first stay and we will be back!
