  Poor value for money, OK for one night

  Quite overpriced. Heres why. The rooms are really basic: no decoration, nowhere to sit, two hooks with as many coat-hangers for your clothes, not a single English-language channel on the TV, and, worst of all, no safety box or fridge. Its not a matter of room size, since, at least in the rooms we could see, there was easily space for a chair, a safe and a small fridge and wardrobe. Most places in Thailand at this price point, including Bangkok, provide at least a safety box OR a fridge in the room, and quite often both. No complimentary water is provided either, again, unlike most places in this budget range in Thailand. To top it all, WiFi in the room is spotty and slow. Barely adequate for checking your email or some browsing, but forget about YouTube or anything that requires streaming. Also, reception closes at 9 pm and so Im not sure what happens if theres a problem and a guest needs assistance. In addition to this, youre hit with a pretty hefty deposit of 1,000 baht at check in (rooms go for 750-800 baht/night). Its a shame, because the place could be nice if they looked into all these issues. Other than that, while the area looks good on paper, its saddled with narrow streets with almost no sidewalks and heavy two-way traffic (particularly insane and annoying at rush hour I n the evenings). This makes the area a bit unpleasant to walk around, whether its to catch the metro or sit down and grab a bite or a drink al fresco. In conclusion, even if prices have definitely creeped up in Bangkok in the last few years, with a little bit of planning its quite easy to find other places providing better value for money. And better located too.

  Very friendly, very clean

  We stayed here three nights, first night was too loud so we asked if we can move to a different room. After that it was all fine. The cleaning lady even moved all our luggage. And put it nicely, I did not expect that, very nice. Location is OK, 750 m to the metro is acceptable and otherwise the taxis are very cheap. Would stay here again...

  A base in a center

  Youth hostel which offers clean and design single rooms. The rooms on the street side are bright, the others are on a wall. Unfriendly and rude attitude at the reception. The staff does not speak English and is only present from 9am to 7pm. Good to know for check-in and check-out so as not to find closed door or be able to leave by collecting your deposit. Access to the rooms starts at only 2pm. Good to know if you arrive in the morning and need some rest. You will be charged 500 baths before 2pm. Prices vary daily on online booking sites, from double to double. Managers can be reached by telephone for any particular request. But be ready to be badly received and have a negative answer. The tone is set ! Know that you set foot in an inn that operates tourism without arny way.

  Love at first sight

  I booked this room cheap because it was a promotion. I didn't expect that I would fall inlove with this hotel. I called them that I would check in very late at night and they waited for me. And when I saw the room it is very very clean and comfy. The room smells good and bed was so comfortable. The toilet was super clean. If I go to Bangkok again I would definitely book this hotel again.

  Sadly dirty

  Sadly the pictures looked much better then the reality. The room was extremely small and not clean at all. The shower was dirty too and the whole bathroom was full of water after a short shower. But I have to acknowledge that the price was amazing. Sadly thats the only good thing in my opinion
