I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and every time it exceeds my expectations. I travelled here again, this time to stay for two weeks, as I was getting married in the region. The hotel staff were friendly as always, being able to speak Polish, German and of course English. There is a restaurant downstairs with homemade Polish cooking. A bar and lounge area on the first floor. (Reception is also here). On various days, they have music, dances and often private businesses come to sell beautiful jewelry with stones from regions of Poland. Rooms are smaller than what most westerners might be used to, but they are clean, tidy very cozy. Comfortable as well. The hotel itself is situated on the upper part of the town, so if you have a room with the city view, it is absolutely breathtaking. The town itself is surrounded by mountains and it truly feels like you are in a separate world. A true fantastic getaway. It is far from international airports though, and if you want to go to a mall, then it's about 40min drive to the city Jelenia Gora, which has an amazing mall with great stores.
