  Muy recomendable a pesar que esta alejado un poco del centro

  El hotel esta a unos 40 minutos del centro cuenta con un servicio de traslado hasta la estación de tren, otra opción es ir al centro con auto, encontramos un parking que cobraba 20 USD la estadía diaria viajar en tren cuenta 13 USD por persona. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy bien equipadas, cocina completa con utensilios, servicios en general son muy buenos La limpieza es optima. El parking del hotel es sin cargo. Nos gusto mucho el clima del hotel todos son muy amables se los ve felices y comprometidos con su trabajo El desayuno es abundante y de muy buena calidad, el señor encargado del desayuno nos atendió de maravilla. En este hotel nos sentimos como en casa. Es muy recomendable alojarse aquí a pesar de estar un poco alejado del centro.

  un buen hotel con instalaciones cómodas, cerca del aeropuerto y de zona comercial,personal atento , instalaciones limpias muy recomendado , cuenta con cocineta y todo lo necesario, el desayuno es completo

  Masks Are Mandatory in Illinois - But Not At This IHG Hotel

  The IHG website goes on and on about their Covid protocols. We get to this property and NOT ONE staff member at the front desk is wearing a mask. They have plexiglass up between the customers - but no one wearing masks and there are two people or more there at times. No masks on the housekeeping staff either. Trying to get a hold of IHG head office was a disaster. Good luck with that. Weve tried for days. This breach of local laws and the well-being of staff and customers is beyond irresponsible. (On a side note, the fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row at 3 and 4AM. No extra charge for this.)

  Beware: NO MASKS

  Do not stay at this hotel during Covid. None of the employees wear a mask- even when they are bringing towels to your room. As an elite member who has been very brand loyal, I am appalled at they lack of care and respect they show their clientele- and staff.

  Beware! Beware! Beware!

  Where to start??? I checked in on Friday, October 2, 2020 for 10 nights and used my points to pay for this stay. Because I am a Spire Elite Member, I was assured I would receive an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. My room was not ready at the time and I had several errands to run so when I returned and got to my room (315), it was a normal room??? I went back to the front desk and was told by a "so called" Manager (more on her further down) that the person that checked me in was incorrect and there were no upgrades available??? She then made the mistake of advising me there are only a few 1 bedrooms at this property??? And I was born yesterday!!! Check your website and you can see a breakout of rooms, by size. Sunday, October4, 2020 - 4:00 a.m. I wake up to loud music and partying going on in the room next to me (317). I called the front desk and voiced my concern. The employee did call the room and asked them to tone it down. By 5:00 a.m. there were 2 rooms partying, loud music, loud people. I called the front desk again and said I understood the employee himself could not contain this situation but I was expecting to be credited with 1 night's stay for my inconvenience. To his credit, he called the local Police and had these people removed. As I write this review, nearly a week after my departure, I am still awaiting the credit for the 1 night. I spoke to the "so called" Manager on 2 other occasions during my stay who assured me she credited the points? I just spoke to the Hotel Manager who has assured me he will credit the points. Fingers crossed this happens! As several of you have already noted, there is no concern for COVID-19 at this property. With the exception of the plexiglass, none of the staff members were observed wearing a mask or protective covering. I encountered multiple run ins with guests who refused to wear a mask which is concerning considering the confined spaces of an elevator. Speaking of, I hope that someone does not get hurt on that elevator. It requires attention. In terms of the room and general conditions, I would say the hotel is tired and in need of a facelift.
