  Clean and cozy hotel in a good location, but the owner with a horrible attitude

  We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and I don't recomend it for anyone. I wish I would be able to change it, but I was traveling with travel agency and to change the hotel was impossible. The hotel itself is nice, in a good location. Nevertheless the room was realy clean and cozy, the attitude of owner Stella was horrible! Everytime I tried to ask something, she was rude, angry and unhappy. I felt as though I was guilty of ordering dinner or buying a bottle of water from the bar. When we came to pay the pillow fee, she started yelling or I want something, when I said I wanted to pay, she hurried to the card reader, she looked so nervous that she even threw it on the ground and I kept standing and wondering what I was doing so wrong to her to making her so unhappy like after all, I just want to pay. There were many such situations like this. All the time, I felt unexpected and unwanted at her hotel. I do not understand how you can do this with the customers you are making money from and only keep your business through them. Even so, her parents are really nice people and they keep amazing cat, which is realy nice to cuddle (they say its not allowed to stay with a pet, but in the hotel and bar and lunch or a rest place Stellas cat is allowed).

  Dear Stella papoe yaya. It was a great honour to stay at your hotel. As I experienced traveller all over the world you slashed me with your hospitality. Wouw. The best experience for a long time. Have a good winter and see you next year.

  BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CRETE!

  We came here the second time and if we'll ever go to Crete again, will for sure stay at this hotel. The place is amazing, very beautiful, rooms are clean and very beautiful as well, the hotel owners are the nicest people that we have ever met, always helps and answers to any questions that we have.The food is fantastic! So I really recommend everyone that is going to create to stay in this hotel, you won't be disappointed. And now with the Covid-19 situation the hotel is very well prepared and has taken every measure to assure its customers safety!

  Hotel Stella Beach is absolutely worth it!

  This highly recommended destination Panormos has one excellent small hotel, which is owned by dear, openhearted and charismatic human beings. The rooms, breakfast, pool area ecc. and especially the small talk with the proprietaries were more than enough factors to return there excited. Efharistò and we may see us once again!

  A warm and safe nest.

  Staking as a single is very comfortabele in Stella Beach Hotel. Stella and het father and mother gives you the feeling to be at home. Their home is your home. You can come and go whenever you want, thee s always a place in theorie heart.
