Great views from unit 105We really liked this condominium. 105 is an end unit, so lots of views. We would stay here again. The only weird thing is neither door to the patio locked! This wasn't a big deal since the patio is on the second floor. Customer service was good. The unit was clean. My wife and I slept in the bedroom, and our two adult sons slept on the pull out sofa sleeper. It is a short drive up the hill to a drop off for Thunderhead lift. You can then avoid the "beehive" at the bottom of the main lifts. Kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking. Fireplace was nice, and provided instant warm up. One small complaint is the sheets don't fit the bed very well and kept coming off. Towels were fresh and soft. Wifi worked well.

Great Condo - SW102 - Great View well equipedWe stayed here for 2 weeks and this is a really nice condo on 2 floors with great views of the ski area, and a convenient shuttle that takes you to either the Main Gondola or the even better Thunderhead express lift . The journey takes maybe 3 minutes and departs 3/hour, the pickup is 20 yards from Sw102 front door. Hot tub is 10 yards away washers and dryers are in a convenient communal room 20 yards away (75c/ wash). The condo is very well equipped the TV started right away the wifi is pretty good . A very friendly set of condos in a great location. Management by Pioneer Ridge is also good eg when we needed snow cleared to park our car it was done within the day.

Do Not Stay Here when its HOTThis place sucks. We arrived at 11 PM and it was over 85 degrees inside our unit #105 ! There is no air conditioning and its unbearable totally. We will NEVER stay here again EVER. During the day it got up to over 100 inside. On top of that we paid all the rent in advance then when we got here they asked for a $250 deposit or they black mail you into paying $30 bucks for damage insurance and they did not tell us this up front. I am going to sue these sob's.

CleanThe Condo was small but the right size for two people only. The place was filled with a lot of amenities and everything was labeled like which switches were for which light, plates, silverware and such. Nice location near the Gondola lift, great view of the outdoors, near the Paramount and Soless Grill which was a great restaurant everything was made fresh, great to eat outdoors, I really like the artichoke appetizer! It was not far from a shopping mall and far enough away from busy downtown area. You must book your stay through Pioneer Ridge, but not like major hotels you must pay for your room prior to your arrival. If you are a bike/hiker many trails for that and they have a beautiful Botanic Gardens! One thing to keep in mind when not staying during the winter the place was extremely hot during the day but cooled off at night no central air conditioning!

This is awfulAt 9:45pm it is still 85-degrees in our condo. This place is a dump. There is no AC, and no way to let a breeze through. The floors slope downward, and the parking spaces are too small for most trucks, with a concrete barrier in the lot that makes it impossible to get out if two large vehicles are parked next to each other. Save your money, this place is just gross.
