  Pésimo servicio

  El peor servicio de mi vida, jamás nos habían tratado de esta manera. El personal grosero, una mujer llamada Yesenia (en recepción). Nos enteramos que se metieron a robar a una habitación contigua. Aparte el hotel huele a humedad :/ . Evite la pena y el enojo.

  Recepcionista con mala actitud

  La recepcionista desconoce el término "servicio al cliente", como si no quisiera que la gente volviera. La habitación en sí estaba decente pero había varios detalles: no había caja fuerte en la habitación, salía una MINIMA cantidad de agua de la regadera por lo que tardé horas en quitarme el shampoo, no hay desayuno y había una cucaracha viva en el baño que tuvimos que matar. El wifi medio funciona. Por lo demás las camas se veían limpias, tiene una cocinetita con su refri y cafetera. Los pasillos se ven demasiado anticuados. Hay que caminar 3 cuadras para llegar a la playa, no tiene salida directa a esta.

  Recepción pésima

  Mala recepción pedí ver las abitasiones y me dijeron que volviera al día siguiente . Pedí el presio de la abitasion y me dijo que almenos que la fura a rentar me lo daría.la señora tiene una actitud pésima.

  This is a dated hotel, which only looked worse during COVID and necessary shut downs. Not run by hospitality folks.

  Honestly this hotel has not been well maintained! We had a few issues in the room (clogged sink, inoperable hair dryer, which when called were quickly resolved), why they didnt know after "cleaning" is interesting. The main areas are tattered, and carpets not cleaned. our room was heavy with "sweet smelling" stuff, to cover up (in my opinion). carpets stained, couch cushions were stained and torn on one area. There were decor removed from walls and either nails or screws still in (hallways and in room), or holes not filled. I asked for additional pillows for pull out couch for my son, they said there are only FOUR per bed.... tried to reason we had the pull out (we are pillow people, and on a king... we need the four standard pillows just on the bed), she resolved, "we dont have more pillows available". the furniture in public area were very tattered. Many nicks and scars on walls and corners. Mirrors cover all the pillars (just dated). Window seals broke and foggy. I will just say all the pictures on the web have to be very old, didn't resemble what we viewed. The spa is same temp as pool, perhaps due to outside temps, but still they advertise "spa" it should be somewhat warmer. None of the pool fountains shown in pictures were working. Bags of sand (we were there four days or so after hurricane) lay everywhere, not the worst given the situation, just not tidy. clearly no attention to detail from leadership. TV was very small compared to room. While we were in peak of COVID (no bars opened, etc), the unprofessional manner in which they closed/covered/stored things reveled their lack of attention to detail in a hospitality setting! The people were all very nice, best redeeming factor. There is no direct access to the beach, about 3-4 block walk. I would find something on the beach or inlet side, and a bigger and more spacious pool area.

  Beware! Look Elsewhere!

  apologize but very confused as to why anyone would rate this hotel higher than two stars. I give it two stars because most of the staff was friendly except this gentleman who hung out in the lobby all the time without a mask. I feel like he worked there because he was talking to someone about issues with washer. Upon arrival, the lobby area gave a clear indication of how little care is given to maintain this hotel. The furniture was stained and torn, the elevators had been keyed with initials and other language. As you rode up, you sa the uncleanness of the windows, light fixtures, and doors. Once we got to the fourth floor, it was literally a maze to find the room. Walls were banged up and scratched as if they hadn't been painted in years. Ducttape was used for repairs. Our room was spacious but the sofa was so stained I didn't want to even sit on it. Carpet had a slimy feel to it, and the room had a dead skunk odor to it. The bathroom fixtures were rusted out, the sink faucet splashed water everywhere, and mold was forming in the shower. Caulking only goes so far before repairs need to be made! The toilet had to be flushed twice each time for TP not to float. I wish we would've taken pictures to prove this was no exaggeration. Whomever owns this hotel clearly does not care about the facility or the well-being of its people. It is definitely one of the most unkempt hotels I have ever stayed at in all my years of travel. Even if it means a few extra dollars a night, look elsewhere. :(
