  TRULY A HOME FROM HOME WITH AMAZING VIEWS

  What a great place to stay. Having stayed at another apartment in the area last year that cost nearly twice as much we decided to try the Sunningdale Apartments and what a great time we had. The views are amazing, apartments are so spacious and comfortable. The owners Neil & Zoe were brilliant and so helpful. No hassle trying to find a parking space and literally a 2 minute walk to the sea path. Great place as a base with Torquay just down the road, the model village just around the corner and just a short drive to Dawlish, Teignmouth, Brixham & Paignton. Before you consider staying anywhere else give the Sunningdale Apartments a try as you will not be disappointed and great prices. Also if you don't fancy driving there is a bus stop just outside the apartments. We are already looking at booking again later this year and have also recommended it to all our friends and family as the place is great. Thank you so much Neil & Zoe.

  Holiday

  Apartment is in a brilliant position looking over the sea. Rail down to beach is almost opposite so easy to access. Our apartment was very clean and well stocked however much smaller than the picture in brochure. We had one for 4 people with an option for 2 extra beds which we took up. These beds were crammed together like a dormitory in the second bedroom so not really a good option. Also it was only set up for 4 people so not ideal.

  Lovely apartment

  We stayed 3 nights in apartment number 1 which is a two bedroom, ground floor apartment with sea views and a door right out onto the lawn. Plenty of room for 4 people with a full kitchen and good sized lounge and dining area, comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets should you need them. If you need a hairdryer, just ask, they are not left in the apartments. There is a tiny laundry on site for £3 per load and a dryer, which was very useful. Complimentary parking. This is a great location, lots of places to eat and the beach is right across the road.

  Wow

  Just arrived at Sunningdale holiday apartments and wow, from the start of calling to book, ( I still like to talk to someone) Zoe could not have more pleasant or helpful, so refreshing, on arrival we were met with a lovely welcome, even though we were running nearly 2 hours later than we said, the apartment is spotless with everything you need to make your stay amazing, even though we are in a dog freindly one it is absolutely spotless and smells sooooo clean, the views bring a tear to my eye, you cant buy that, thank you Zoe, you have a business to be proud of , dont hesitate, stay here fabulous.

  Another great visit

  This was our 3 stay this year at Sunningdale. The location is brilliant, plenty of parking. Zoe the owner is such a friendly warm person who will go above and beyond to help if you have a problem. The apartment is very well stocked with all things you need for self catering break. Immaculately clean. Wonderful sea views. (if mobility is an issue go for ground floor as no lift)
