  Excellent Apartments in a Great Location

  I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel!!!! Me, my husband and our 10 year old son stayed here 10th-24th August 2018 and everything about this place was great!! We were met on arrival at the front gates by Todor (apologies - not sure of the spelling!) and he was so so friendly. We had been delayed at Bourgas airport so didn't actually get to the apartments until around 05.00am - but he was more than helpful in showing us to our rooms and helping with our luggage (one MINOR issue - there is no lift and we were on the top floor. BUT only time it slightly bothered us was when we had to take the luggage up and down on out 1st and last days) We were allocated 2 x sunbeds, which I think is great as no fighting over sun beds!! The pool is large and the pool area is immaculate. The whole place is immaculate. The air conditioning in the rooms was great and the rooms themselves are HUGE - we had a 1-bed apartment so I cannot comment on other room sizes. The kitchen facilities were spot on. 5 minute walk to the beach (Fat Cat area). Felt really secure with it being a gated complex. There is a shop on site that sells most things. The cleaners, Security guys and bar staff were also very friendly and all did a great job! If we head back to Sunny Beach, I don't think we will stay anywhere but here! Excellent!!

  Cheap and cheerful

  For what we wanted it was perfect, basically somewhere to put our heads down. Pool was ideal and the staff were really friendly apart from the security that said we were too loud at 3 in the afternoon... it was basic but had everything you needed for a lads holiday, around 20 minute walk from the main strip, close enough that you dont have to travel miles but far enough away that you dont hear the noise. Would come back again and would recommend. Great for a lads holiday or stag do and probably quite good for a family trip.

  Great little apartments

  Me and my partner have just returned from a two week stay at sunny fort, I have nothing bad to say about these apartments, they are basic but clean, towels, sheets changed on a regular basis, bins emptied every day. The pool is great, nice and big, pool bar nice, ate there a few times, food very nice,the grounds are well kept and clean, it's very secure, you have security guards, 24/7,the manager is lovely Taolor, hope I've spelt it right, he was there when we arrived, helped us with our cases, nothing to much trouble, it is central for buses into nessebar, shops, resturants, bars, great location, would definitely go back

  Great value for money!

  Good location, great pool, nice clean secure apartment with all you need. Diamond supermarket nearby with good cooked foos. The beach was nearby as well. And all of it at an awesome price! Even though there were fewer people than usual due to the pandemic it was still great fun.

  Friendly and clean

  Just returned from a last minute week staying at Sunny Fort with my two teenage daughters. It was exactly what we needed for the price we paid and gave us a perfect base for both pool and beach. Yes, these are basic apartments,do not go expecting anything more especially for the very reasonable price you'll pay, but they are clean, central for what we wanted (5 min walk to the beach, 10 min to Sunny Beach water park, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep) and gave us the flexibility to cook or eat out. We were fourth floor with no lift which would be a challenge for those with mobility issues but was no problem for us. The grounds are well kept, the loungers round the pool are numbered for your apartment so no reserving goes on, and the pool itself has some lifeguard provision. We can't rate the very friendly and highly efficient manager enough (even chased our airport transfer for us when it was late and fixed a minor leak the same day) and housekeeping were very smiley changing the bins daily, and towels once during our stay. We felt very safe throughout our visit and weren't bothered by noise in any shape or form. They appear to have quite a lot of repeat visitors and it's evident why, we would be happy to return.
