  EXCELENTE

  Es hermoso TODO!!! el departamento donde paramos es grande con dos habitaciones, dos baños, balcon en el comedor con una vista hermosa, y otro balcón en unos de los cuartos, la cocina bastante grande tiene todas las comodidades que uno necesita para estar.La personas que atiende muy buena onda!!.

  Never again

  The place was falling apart. We had to clean the kitchen before we could use it including all the cutlery and oven. The pillows were very stained. Handles missing from draws. The washing machine couldn't do a cycle without stopping two or three times and would leak water all over the bathroom. Chairs where stained. there was no DVD player. We were then asked to clean the place before we left or would have to pay for it to be done. Heather was very put out when we pointed out the problems and very off with us for pointing stuff out.

  A beautifully presented property

  We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The property was immaculate, and the pool and spa overlooking the river was just beautiful. I think the only thing we found confusing were the office hours of management. Wed find that the reception area was continuously closed when in fact it was advertised as being open. Several times wed see other holiday makers just as perplexed at reception. But other than this, wed recommend this property to others

  The best place to stay with great position, value and all home facilities

  Management staff were lovely people, making us feel very comfortable. We even changed our travel plans and booked longer, we loved the place so much. Having a Jetty was great, but a pity night access was not possible for fishing. The heated pool, spa bath and BBQ area were definite bonuses. Cleaniing staff do a terrible job, when preperaring the rooms though, which is the property's only fault. I had to wash all blankets in one of the apartments I stayed in, which smelt like body odour. The Complex Management do need to employ a better cleaning company. The Apartment though, offered all the home facilities one needs (except coathangers ..lol). Bedrooms, Kitchen, Lounge, Balcony, Bathroom and Laundry facilities. Internet needs improvement though.

  This place had a nice view and that's it! Mouldy bathrooms, dirty utensils we had to wash on arrival and blankets with stains that I pray to god was snot! Cockroaches and ants too, Save your money!!!!
