  I propose to tourists to stay here because of the location of the hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city , very friendly staff , tasty breakfast and lots of choice and easy to get a taxi to malls, markets and places of visit

  Frequent Visit for Business

  The location is right on the main highway in Palembang so convenient store, snacks, some places to eat are easy to find. The access is also easy. As someone who frequently visit this hotel though, I remember the time when the breakfast menu used to be better. So that's one thing I regret about. The wifi is also not quite reliable as before. Other things are okay: size of the room, facilities, personal safe, TV, free newspaper by the elevator, the taxi stand, etc. Although you need to check the electric kettle since the stuff is not new anymore because the last time I was there, we got a broken one.

  Disappointing

  I booked a deluxe room, but i believed i was given a superior (if not a standard) room. The floor and furniture were dusty, the room was old and smelly with torn wallpaper, no minibar and hairdryer, unlike what stated in the room facilities. I was going to use the safe to store my laptop, but apparently it was broken too. Many cigarette butts at the balcony.

  Nice Hotel

  This hotel re: Imara hotel is strategic hotel that located in the heart of the city. Not too far from the city center and activity center. The hotel room is quite good. Breakfast is quite good also. And anyway tis hotel building still classic
