  Muy Moderno

  El hotel es muy moderno. Todo es nuevo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y con todo el equipamiento. Esta ubicado en una zona muy linda y tranquila. Las habitaciones de dos dormitorios tienen diferentes tipo de balcones, te sugiero que solicites de los mas grandes que son los que se ven en la foto.

  Filthy

  This hotel is absolutely filthy, expensive and has many maintenance issues. The rooms have lots of dirty stains and marks all over the walls and floors. The bathrooms are also very filthy. It looks like its the kind of place for parties. The management really need to sort out some decent training of their cleaners or maybe get some cleaners? It seems like the building is also shared with people living in apartments. While I was there someone down the hall was playing music really loud, there wasnt much sound proofing. There was very little ammenities or services available, which makes this hotel very poor value for money. I raised my concerns with management who showed me a couple of other rooms, but they were also in the same state of cleanliness. I ended up leaving which was incredibly inconvenient, I stayed at a hotel central city hotel instead, for the same price. I suggest avoiding this place.

  Worst service but good location

  The service was very slow and check in were slow too. just satisfied with location but overall it was very bad. some of the maintenance part has to be done in hotel as well. I just stayed for a night.

  So spacious

  Traveling alone, but upgraded to a three bedroom apartment. It was clean and all amenities such as laundry and kitchen would have been useful if I was staying more than two nights. Free WiFi was a bit hit and miss. Location was ok, close to convenience store. Room Menu indicated there should have been frozen pizzas and convenience meals in the freezer, but there wasnt. Wouldve come is handy as I arrived very late at night.

  Worst experience ever

  Checking in experience was slow and painful, it felt being there was an inconvenience for the receptionist. This morning I went to get coffee and found the receptionist sitting down with her feet on a chair txting on her phone. She didnt look up at all or stop txting she did however say how can I help you. I politely waited for her to get off her phone and look at me she finally did and said yeah with a shrug it was an inconvenience for her to make my coffee she was very unfriendly when I did take my coffee without a smile and a shake of my head she waited until I was nearly out of hearing distance before she called me a bitch never been so shocked in my life. I honestly couldnt recommend anyone to stay there both staff were terrible but that lady well she was horrific!! Room also had a very musty smell, balcony and view not at all what was shown in pictures.
