  Never again

  The only good thing about this hotel is the location other than that it's terrible. I don't really appreciate the way all 3 ladies at the counter eyeing at my family just because my 2 y/o daughter throw some tantrum. The way they talk and respond to my questions is rude just rude. The room is dirty. Below the bed I can see dust like it was never clean forever. The picture showed inside website are good but when u see it yourself. The facilities are good but the service and room have a lot to improve.

  Budget hotel in good location

  Was staying here for two times. Overall the hotel is okey, got parking in front of the hotel (with a charge from the building management), easy to find place for eating. Just less than 10 minutes walk to the Centre Point Building, about 15 minutes walk to the Philippines Market, Sinsuran and Kampung Air Night Market. The only problem during my stay was the smoke's smell, either from the front or someone maybe smoking in the other room. Room and toilet clean, bedding and towel also much better than any other budget hotel. Suitable for family with kids. The staff very friendly and easy to deal with. If you looking for a hotel with good WiFi connection, this is not a good choice, since the connection not really good in room.

  For the price paid i was very happy

  This is a very basic hotel, similar to a hostel private room. The beds were very comfy and although warn, the cleaners did do a good job. I badly cut my leg and was unable to travel so stayed here for 2 weeks. The price paid was very reasonable, and a good alternative to a hostel. Its is NOT a luxuary hotel by any means. Entry is through an old shopping mall which may put some people off. Staff very friendly indeed.

  Basic but Clean

  The room was very basic but clean - although, the air-conditioning was not really working well (not cold even its 16 degrees). I would recommend to group of friends or couples who are on a budget. The hotel is not recommended for families with toddlers as the room that i stayed in has a 'step' to the bathroom/toilet which i personally think is not safe for toddlers. Overall, it was a good stay.

  Reasonable Budget Hotel

  Aircon and TV works; bedding is clean. Location is very central; the place itself takes a bit of searching, but it's on the third floor of the complex near Storytel. It's a little run down with wafts of dampness, but largely functional. Twin room for RM89 seems fair enough.
