    Nos alojamos allí durante 16 días.La ubicación es inmejorable y la disposición del personal, excelente. Nos guardaron el equipaje hasta que el departamento estuvo listo y pudimos hacer el check in antes de la hora, lo que fue genial después de un vuelo de trece horas. Nos tocó el depto 6 en el 3er piso. Para mi gusto estaba un poco falto de pintura. Se nota el uso intenso en las alfombras gastadas de escaleras y dentro del departamento. La mucama debería pasar más seguido a dejar elementos para baño y cocina y no sólo una vez por semana cuando hace la limpieza. La ducha estaba tapada y el secarropas no funcionaba. M&S a cinco minutos para comprar comida y muchos restaurantes en la zona. Medios de transporte muy cerca. Volvería a la zona, que es muy cómoda y muy tranquila.

    Loved the location

    Stayed here for 2 nights in february 2017. We loved the location very close to Sloane Square station and not far from Victoria Couch station. It was a bit of a hassle to find the office to collect the key but after calling them it appeared that they had put it in the hallway of the apartments. Though in the letter they wrote to me they asked us to come by their office to collect the key if we came during their office hours. Which we did. We had booked a studio which is a one room apartment. But there was a sitting area and a separate kitchen area. The kitchen was adequate equipped and we managed to make breakfast there twice. Beware of the toilet as it flush with airpressure....and its not always working. So be carefull to not overfill it.....so to say..... The shower cabin was very small. Im not a big person but I felt crammed there. it must have been 0.5x0.5 squaremeters or less Else it was as we expected and so very close to everything. Ah yea there was quite a lot of noise from the street so bring ear plugs

    Perfect location

    We stayed at 41 Draycott Place in March 2017 for one week. We absolutely loved the location - walking distance to King's Road and Sloane Square station - We had a one bedroom flat (3) on the third floor for our family of three. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower stall was a little bit on the small size though. Heated towel rack in the bathroom was a nice feature. No lift in the building so you need to drag your suitcases up the stairs. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay at Draycott place again! Good value for money.

    Felt at home

    I stayed in the Marylebone ground flor apartment. Although I was hesitant in the beginning, it ended up being like a second home in London. Its spacious, fully equipped with all the all the needs much better than a hotel, and the location is fantastic. Besides having your own entrance l gives a lot of privacy. I will surely stay there again and again..And I highly recommend it..

    Great location and beautiful apartments

    I stayed over night at the Chelsea apartments on Christmas Eve and it was fantastic. Such a lovely spot, just off the Kings Road, with all the Christmas lights and last minute shopping. The apartment was perfect - a large studio with plenty of space and a great kitchen where we were able to make a tasty brunch before heading off (small welcome pack was provided). Easy self check in/out procedure as well. Very clean and very well styled

    Rebooked to a worse location without notification

    I was supposed to stay at the Fitzrovia apartment, but when I arrived the code didn't work. 30 mins later after phone calls via my travel agent it turned out that there was a problem with the apartment and Capital Residencies had determined that without contacting me or offering me a refund that that I should instead stay at their much worse Piccadilly location. This location features a streetlight immediately outside the bedroom of the 2nd floor Apt 1 shining in the window as well as loud street noise until 3am on a Tuesday. I slept on the couch. A terrible apartment far worse than pictured. Beyond this, Capital Residencies doesn't answer its "Emergency Line." You can leave a voicemail perhaps, but it probably won't be answered because this is a "tech enabled" hotel alternative meaning it will be unresponsive to its customers.

    Terrible dont waste your time or precious money

    41 Draycott Place , just off Sloane Square. Not as booked described or matched - see pictures-the whole experience upsetting and disappointing. Hours wasted of my trip trying to sort out without success what I booked and paid for -over 4 months ago. A One bedroom apartment with a living room with a sofa bed was not supplied. I was given a tiny room that couldnt fit both a bed and a sofabed, a tiny bathroom and tiny kitchen beside the bed. The apartment by Capital offered £20 per night discount-(joke) to put up with the mess - or cancellation with a refund. THEY admitted that they had booked me into the wrong room. I was given a tired smelly room with a double bed and dirty sofabed. I was treated extremely badly. Look at the pictures. The cleaning lady told me the apartment I booked was on a 3 month long term let - was definitely not available. Do not book these apartments. You dont know what you are getting until you arrive and then its too late. Not good enough. Ruined my trip completely.

    Avoid!! They took our payment & cancelled our booking but didnt tell us!!

    We booked an apartment via Booking.com weeks in advance, payment was taken as expected a few days before and we had messages from the owner 2 days before to confirm we could drop our bags early on arrival. When we arrived we were told the booking was cancelled, the apartment was unavailable due to repairs. They hadn't told us or Booking.com. Asked owner to find alternative accommodation (given we no had nowhere to sleep for 3 nights), he didnt ring back, and didnt answer phone again. There was another family there at same time who we didnt know, but turns out they had been told their booking was cancelled too "due to repairs" on their apartment. We found out NONE of the apartments were out of service due to repairs, all were occupied. Want to warn others about this! (Booking.com sorted alternative accommodation for both families and were excellent.)

    A Capital Ripoff

    Nasty surprises to renters of these apartments. Capital Residencies breached its contract with me, having taken funds from my credit card in Sep 2021 for a June 3-6, 2022 booking. Despite an email from the office a week before check-in indicating that they would provide a code to the lock box to access the key to the apartment 24 hours before check in time, I heard nothing. In the 24 hours prior to check-in, they did not respond to my urgent calls or emails. While the staff were off enjoying their bank holiday, I had to scramble to rent a hotel at additional expense for this period and wasted precious hours on my holiday. When I finally reached Capital Residencies by email the following week to demand a refund (since they did not offer one, despite being aware that they had locked me out), they said "...sorry that you didn't have the experience that we want our guests to have..." - a fauxpology. Not only are they not competent, they are not sorry. DO NOT rent from this company.
