  HOTEL FROM HELL

  DO NOT stay here under any circumstances! The hotel is absolutely awful. We arrived here 3 days ago and were horrified by the place. The reception is an unwelcoming first impression and the staff were unhelpful & didn't speak much english. We were shown to our room which was downstairs and by a grassy area at the front of the hotel. The first thing about the room was the awful smell of damp, the room was tiny with two twin beds and hardly any room to move around. It was dark, dingy with cracks on the wall and it looked & felt like a prison cell. The man on reception said that this was an economy room but to be quite honest I'd rather sleep outside than risk getting some sort of infection or illness by staying and eating here. The communal areas and bar were not appealing and the whole hotel looked nothing like the photographs we had seen on the internet. I immediately got onto my hotel provider to get them to give us an alternative hotel. Within the hour we were in a taxi to a proper 4 star hotel and our holiday could finally begin. The guy at reception had the audacity to get me to write down why I was disatisfied with the property when I said I was leaving and even questioned me when I said it was dirty. It rates itself as a 4 star property but I wouldn't even rate it with any star. The Worst Life Hotel. Do not stay here in any circumstance whatsoever!

  No no no

  More -than + . When me and my grandad arrived at the hotel reception guy was friendly . Other guy took us to the room and when i saw the room (i didnt even enter) there was a double room but i booked a twin bed cos i was travelling with my grandad. The guy didnt speak english so couldnt understand whats wrong. Other lady run to me and call to reception and by hers phone i explained the situacion. They gave us other room with twin bed. They called it economy room. Awful. Room size. Dirty inside. Left 1 slipper from previous guests. Bathroom omg. Left razor from previous too. When you have a shower all water nearly goes inside the room. Leaking. Its just crazy. We was about to go complain but then we decide that we are only there for a couple of days so we not gonna do that but now i knoq i did mistake. Avoid this. Maybe on the top floors rooms are better . Guests who arrived with us they left the hotel in 30 min when they saw the room also. Swiming pool area was nice. All inclusive hmm dont think so . I was given vodka which was already mixed with water .wtf. asked for wiskey then you need to pay more. I was buying alco at the shop. Food was not so good. Only what i like tomato and cucumber and fresh bread. Nothing else was so good. 1 day they make kind of dumplings . Whats left over next day they make salad from them. What goes around comes around. The worst experience in my life . Need a lot of improvement.

  Very bad hotel

  Dirty hotel Dirty rooms Dirty bathroom Small rooms not all of them but the most. The manager is shameless in dealing with customers! There is no elevator The stuff didnt speak English No service for cleaning the room after 6:00 pm

  where do I start. the transfer company couldn't find the hotel. got shown to room (at night may I add) first thought this is not 4 star more 1. bathroom was not very clean, shower flooded the bathroom every time. the cleaners were actually coming in at 18.00 hours to clean your room the time you are getting ready for going out. the staff could of been friendlier no one spoke English. we were the only British in the whole 11 nights we were there. there music round the pool was blaring ever day the same 10 Turkish songs. the food was great for the first 3 days and after that I couldn't touch it. the alcohol think we were drinking water out of the vodka bottle, all inclusive and we can say not once did we get drunk or feel drunk drinking all day. think all drink was watered down. the only thing that was good about the hotel was you were guaranteed a sun bed as no one really sat round the pool.

  Best hotel I've ever seen.

  Every one is really friendly specially the animator he is really nice and friendly hotel is clean room is clean and comfortable it was one of the best 10 days I've ever had . If u are coming to bodrum u must stay in this hotel u will have a lot of fun .
