  Good Hotel with good location

  The location is good, food is also good.To reach mal road you have to walk for 700 -800mtr which is not too difficult.No need to take cab to reach the lift it will be waste of money.Rooms are good, bathrooms are clean as well.Overall good worth for money. Ambience is good if you go with your family.

  Beautiful hotel with pathetic services and employee behaviour

  We booked The Cedar Grand after going through the reviews and ratings on various travel websites. The cost of the hotel for one night stay beats any 4 or 5 star hotel but we were okay as this seemed like a nice hotel. It is right on the road and the rooms are noisy due to heavy traffic on the road.dont be fooled with the tag of free parking as the parking is in open and Their parking staff just puts your vehicle anywhere in the space available. Coming to the hotel, the rooms are enough to accommodate 2 adults with a double bed and 2 chairs. Room offers view of the valley but are very noisy due to the moving traffic throughout the day and night. This is very annoying and the sleep quality was very poor. As I entered the hotel room it was pretty warm. To have that kind of warmth in the room was awesome in such chilling night. We were happy and settled in the room. Soon we realised the unhappy part of the hotel.. The staff. A gentlemen came with a list of items in the room and asked us to sign for confirming how many LED and other electrical appliances they have provided. It was hilarious and annoying. I rubbished that and asked the person to leave.

  Good location but very poor staff behaviour

  The location of the property was great but the staff behavior at the front desk was pathetic. The guy at the front desk was behaving as a typical government employee and was totally non cooperative. The breakfast buffet spread was average. Expected a few more items specially in the fruit juice and egg preparations. Other that that the food quality was good. The best part of the hotel is the sun rise. One can experience an awesome sun rise from the hotel itself.

  BEST HOTEL IN CITY

  We visited there for our 1st marriage anniversary we stayed for 2 nights After so many searches I found this one and believe me the hotel is awesome located in the center of the city mall road is around 600 meters 10mins walk by distance and hotel provides free parking spa bar good services overall staff are nice and friendly food was also tasty in room service was very fast and quick I would say best hotel in near by mall road Couple friendly also Go for it without any doubts

  Not worth a penny

  Dear Reader, We stayed in a family suite of this hotel for a night. I recommend to NOT waste your money. It is amongst the worst hotels I have been to in recent years. Hotel is absolutely in shambles and not worth a single rupee. If you do plan to stay in this hotel, please be prepared to face following issues :- 1. Centralized heating in master bedroom won't work. A single rod heater in a 16by12 ft bedroom will keep you cold and icy entire night. No resolution will be provided by hotel. 2. Toilet seat will be broken 3. Bathroom shower will not work as it is in ICU mode. 4. Bathroom may get auto-locked with no one inside it. So you won't have access to the only bathroom in family suite. You will need to ask someone from hotel to open it using a metal scale !!! 5. As you enter the room, you will get a pungent smell of phenyl. 6. You won't find any disposable bathroom slipper. You do find a reusable bathroom slipper which is too risky to use in Covid times. Overall, not worth a penny. Do not waste your money like I did.
