    Hotel limpio bien comunicado, habitacion pequeña y ruidosa

    El Hotel esta muy bien comunicado y bastante limpio, pero las habitaciones no valen un pimiento, nos dieron una habitacion con vistas a un muro y muy pequeña, pedimos que nos la cambiaran y lo hicieron, aunque la otra tampoco es que fuera mucho mejor, pero al estar en un octavo piso entraba algo mas de luz natural, precio calidad es justito, pagamos 800 con baño propio, en barcelona un hotel de 3 estrellas le da veinte mil vueltas a un hotel en nueva york.

    Horrible Customer Service

    This is about Choice Hotels & this hotel. We didn't actually stay there, but had a guarantee reservation. Due to the pandemic, we wanted to cancel the reservation. Tried FIVE different times on their website to cancel and it wouldn't let us. We called the hotel directly, but they are temporarily closed. We called Choice Hotels toll free number. On hold for about 10 mins, then person (in Central America) said we had to speak with someone in Customer Relations & she would connect us. After being on hold for another 7 mins. the person who refused to identify herself or her location, stated she couldn't help us. After being on hold for

    Ideal Boutique Hotel Near Albany and Saratoga Springs

    My wife and I needed a hotel near Albany as part of a drop-off of our teenager for a visit with a friend further north. It was going to be so brief a stay that all I wanted was an outdoor pool! My wife found the Century House, the pool was open (many pools are not because of COVID) and we went with it and were very pleased with our choice. Monica, the manager, explained everything over the phone about their COVID-19 measures (leaving rooms open after last occupancy before cleaning, mandatory masks, special breakfasts, etc.), and everything sounded ideal. We were not disappointed (except for the rain/lightning/hail that ruined our swimming plans). The King Suite was renovated and spacious enough, with a very comfortable bed; bathroom was lovely; everything nice and clean. Hotel itself was attractive, inside and out. Coffee available all day. We ate breakfast by the pool. Friendly staff. And during the COVID era, we felt safe the entire stay. Definitely worth a visit if you'll be in the area but don' want to be right in a city - and the price was GREAT! Also: they were serving meals outdoors (part of parking lot converted); we did not take advantage of that. Can't remember if check-in was contactless, but sanitizer readily available!

    Newly Renovated Hotel

    Pros-Newly updated room, very quiet, easy parking, very comfy beds, spacious room with fridge & microwave, friendly staff wearing masks, great area to walk our dog just outside the hotel & also a nature trail just behind the parking lot. Cons-Floor needed more thorough vacuuming, stain on wall, window difficult to lock. Overall a nice 2 night stay with our dog. I was surprised that the entrance door closest to our room was never locked. We didnt have any issues, but usually those entry points are at least locked overnight with a key necessary for access. The hotel is located behind the restaurant in a nice quiet setting. We had delicious takeout from the restaurant.

    Just like home!

    I stayed at Century House after a friend recommended the place. The hotel is literally like a big house. The lobby had holiday music, a fireplace and tea served all day. The room is modern and tastefully decorated. The steak at the restaurant was amazing! The hotel did a great job of making taking and implementing safety measures for the pandemic, which is really important. I Would definitely recommend staying here and would come again!
