  Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!

  Excelente estancia, estuvimos 3 noches y todo estuvo perfecto, todo el personal es super amable, en especial Cheryl y la señora de limpieza, a lado del village donde puedes caminar y solo unos minutos de la montaña para esquiar, esperamos regresar si Dios quiere el proximo año, gracias por todo!

  Me cancelaron mi reservación 2 días antes de hospedarme

  Desafortunadamente 2 días antes de hospedarme y aun y cuando había reservado y pagado por expedia desde 4 meses antes, me llegó un correo diciendo que el hotel no podía respetar mi reservación, cuando yo ya estaba en USA con mi esposa y mis 4 hijos. En lugar de esto, expedia me hospedó en una cabaña sucia, sin servicios de hotel y lejos de Big Bear Village y lo peor es que mi reservación era por 3 noches y solo me respetaron 2 noches, por lo que tuve que hacer un pago adicional de $270.00 dólares para poder quedarme una tercera noche que era mi itinerario original.

  Great Stay

  Love Bluegreen... We had another great stay. The pool water as nice and warm. I took a picture with the snow on the background. Free lemonade, popcorn and games. We played pool, table tennis and table .

  Great location -but not what I expected

  The property is very beautiful and the position was great. The accomodation was very well appointed and comfortable. Our room was not ready by when we arrived and it was actually a little after the supposed check in time. This is quite unprofessional and was frustrating. Our car would not fit in the garage as they are very small spaces. The noise from apartments above made it difficult to sleep or even relax. You could hear doors closing, plumbing and drainage, even people walking and talking! We were also situated near to the lifts which were also very noisy! There was no real view from the room- which was also disappointing. Although we enjoyed our stay, I would probably not choose to stay here again. The property is not really appropriate for a couples stay and even though it had a great location, it wasnt convenient or easily navigated due to its size and layout. It also worked out quite expensive as we were paying for facilities we couldnt use.

  COULD BE THE BEST ACCOMMATION WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!!!!!

  Just stayed for 3 days 2 nights, last weekend. We booked using 20,000 choice points per night. GREAT VALUE. On route we called the front desk, and spoke with Rene, to enquire about an early check in. Our unit had not been used for the previous 3 nights, however it had not yet been cleaned, so she expedited house keeping for us. THANK YOU RENE. The location is fantastic, gated community, we had a 3 bed room 3 bath room, unit, 2 car garage, we have a good size SUV, fit perfect. Walking distance to everything no problem. never moved the vehicle until it was time to come home. Full kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Two stores Vons and Stater Bros close by, Today with COVID eating out is a concern for us here especially in California as we are both 70. Nice BBQ on the patio would be great for summer guests. We had a down stairs unit, not sure if it is the construction, or just rude people up stairs but the noise was pretty bad, even at 3AM!! The bed was fantastic, plus in the lobby by check in, there is a great coffee machine, Mocha, many others, you name it. Tip (bring a Starbucks coffee holder thingy) The door is locked till 8AM but that was my first job in the morning to go get us coffee. I wore socks in the unit and the were black after a couple of hours, not a big deal, but if you have children playing on the floor, be aware. As it was December in Big Bear it gets pretty cold, the heating only goes up to 72 degrees, we thought it was broken so we called the front desk, the gentleman that they sent over informed us that they are they are regulated that way, ( I guess to control costs ) so bring a sweater. All in all a perfect stay, we HIGHLY RECCOMEND this property and we will come back in the summer months. Thank you Brittany and the team.
