    Muy lindo, confortable, y limpio. el personal es muy correcto, amable muy profesionales con sus tareas. 100% recomendable. La ubicacion para mi fue muy buena, ya que tengo amigos viviendo en Laguna Hills, asi que quedaba muy comodo. Las habitaciones son comodas, limpias, muy muy agradables.

    Uno de los mejores lugares que conozco en Laguna Hills, muy cordiales, aparte de estar muy cercano al oceano y a atracciones turisticas. Recomiendo que vayan a caminar por la playa ya que es muy bonito el paisaje.

    Inexpensive, Convenient, Be Warned About Sunday Pool Closures.

    Convenient location to the beach, about 20 minutes, and was inexpensive, hence our decision to stay there. However, they rent the pool area out on Sundays to a Christian Ministry. The set up was loud and early in the morning and you could hear the minister spewing anti-gay homophobic rhetoric from inside the hotel room. Also, they accept pets but you can't leave them in the room or take them to the pool.

    Rude Karen-esque General Manager

    What was supposed to be a nice weekend stay turned into an argument by the alleged general manager of The Hills, Angie, who told me I was being unreasonable when I asked in-person to merely switch an incorrect booking by Priceline to the correct date. Considering I had just booked it an hour earlier on my iPhone and I was standing in the hotel lobby trying to make my case, this woman wasnt having any of it. I need to charge you a $40 cancellation fee, she gruffly advised. Thats what you get when you use a third-party like Priceline. Angie didnt care that there is a pandemic. Angie didnt care that $40 seemed excessive. Angie, who is blonde, blue-eyed and white, didnt exactly warm up to an olive-skin complected me. Angie turned out to be your typical #Karen. You could see it in her eyes. I wasnt white, and she didnt like me at all. So I called Priceline and they agreed with me that Karen-Angie was a real piece of work as the person at Priceline said when they phoned me back to cancel the reservation. I was also told Karen-Angie talked smack about me on the phone to Priceline. Who does that? What kind of customer service is that? What ever happened to were all in this together? Bottom line is that once I was told she talked sh*t about me, I was outta there. I wont stay there EVER again and Ive stayed at that hotel several times in 2020. NOT ANY MORE. So if you wish to be treated like garbage, then by all means make sure you book at The Hills. Tell Karen-Angie I said hello.

    Danger danger

    I stayed at this hotel March 16th 2018 and was stuck by a used hypodermic needle. The needle was hidden in the folds of the bedding and it stuck in my finger. I spent 4 hours in the Mission Viejo hospital ER followed by a year of blood test for various diseases. While at the ER the hotel moved my belongings to a different room. I still had to pay for the room the next morning.
