  Este hotel es lindo! El staff es súper friendly y la ubicación es perfecta. Va le la pena considerar edwards como punto base para ir a Vail.

  Buen opcion precio valor

  Tomé el hotel para eskiar en Beaver Creek. El hotel es de diseño antiguo, pero han sabido mantenerlo en buen estado. Esta a pocos kilometros de Beaver Creek, y cuentan con servicio de traslado a la montaña. Además, cerca al hotel encontrarán un supermercado para abastecerse de alimentos y algunas tiendas pequeñas (pizzeria, librería, etc). Además, había un servicio de bus para llevarte a Vail para disfrutar de la vida nocturna sin mayores inconvenientes.

  I loved my stay here

  The room was spacious and it had just been remodeled and was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet, which is one of my most important factors. Plenty of restaurants nearby and just a very nice place to stay.I will definitely stay here again. I was not able to take advantage of the bicycles or snow shoes because its the off-season. This would be a great place to spend a couple of days.

  Suites needed updating badly

  We booked a suite for 2 nights because our son was having surgery at the Steadman Clinic in Edwards, CO. The room was supposedly handicap friendly. What a joke. The beds were so high that our 6'4" son could not even get into bed after surgery. When we called the night before to see if there was another room or if we could cancel, the night clerk was extremely rude and said that we should have cancelled it by 3:00 that afternoon. Kinda hard to do when you don't check into the hotel until 4. So, after a miserable night we were checking out and the front desk daytime assistant was extremely kind and accommodating, she did show us another room that was handicap accessible, that room was MUCH better but it was still too tight for crutches to manuver safely. The second room was much cleaner and updated. The Suite was absolutely filthy. There were black stains all over the carpet, the furniture was falling apart and even without surgery it was impossible to get around things as it was so cluttered. We were not charged for the second night. (we never stayed the second night) It was easier on our son, after a 4 hour surgery to take a 4 1/2 car ride back home. At almost 400.00 a night we expected A LOT MORE. We won't be staying at The Inn at Riverwalk again.

  Medical disabilities/Severe Allergies look elsewhere

  I had high hopes about this hotel and was excited to stay here on business. But that quickly changed. I have Severe Allergies to feathers and I called hours ahead to ensure they would remove all feathers from the room. Unfortunately they did not do this. I arrived at my room while they were finishing the beds. I was in the room for a couple of hours and started feeling really sick. Very painful headache, extreme sinus pressure and asthma attacks. When I called the front desk via my cell because they were not answering when I dialed 0 three different times. I let them know they had remade the beds with feather comforters and I placed them in the hallway. The desk clerk called me back to tell me there were no feathers in the comforters and she spoke to the person who orders them. I told her that my symptoms were lessening since I removed them. I explained you can feel the feather spines. Desk clerk told me I was wrong there were no feathers. She obviously could care less if customers have special needs. I went to the bar for a sandwich to go. Ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich which the bartender said is very good. When I returned to my room I had a Rueben. I got it replaced and returned to my room. It was horrible took a few bites and quit. So I tasted the Rueben and it was slightly better which is not saying much didnt eat that either. The room appeared clean. The sink drained slow. Im not sure I can trust that everything has been cleaned (Covid) when their attitudes are more about being right than caring for the safety and well being of customers. I will send this on to the company I work for and perhaps they will find another hotel. Im optimistic.
