AcogedorUn lugar tranquilo, con habitaciones cómodas y una muy buena antención. Hubo un pequeño problema con la luz, se fue toda una noche pero se vio compensando con todo lo que este lugar tiene para ofrecer. Ideal para un descanso.

Tranquility in a Tech HubThe Inn at Saratoga, formerly an independent hotel, is now part of the Hilton Tapestry collection. Situated in the Village of Saratoga, it is tucked behind the main street (Big Basin Way) and next to Wildwood Park. Rooms overlook the park and a creek. My room had a small balcony where I could enjoy the forested view. Hilton does a great job keeping the room clean and COVID protocols in place. To enter my room, I had to first break a seal that designated it clean. Indeed, it was. Unfortunately, Hilton chose not to provide breakfast, as they would have done in the past. It would have been nice to at least have grab-and-go bags in the lobby with a muffin or yogurt. Rooms do have a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator, so with careful planning its possible to bring your own breakfast goodies. Afternoon patio dining was also closed, but there are many excellent dinner dining options within walking distance either for take out or al fresco dining. The room has double window coverings making it super dark, a comfortable bed, and great pillows. My room was very quiet, even during the day and despite the construction site that opens onto the parking lot. Most, if not all rooms, do not face the construction. The construction does impact the hotel-provided parking, so you might find it a challenge depending on when you arrive. This is a temporary situation that you can remedy by taking advantage of the adjacent public parking. I stayed at the Inn several years ago, before it changed ownership to Hilton. On this visit, I stayed five nights. The redecorating and improvements to the bathroom has made what was a comfortable hotel even more so. When sitting in the room and looking out onto the trees, its difficult to imagine that you are in the center of the high-paced tech industry.

Stayed here several times and then they chage me randomly $75 for soiled linens with no explanationI honestly do adore this hotel and have had nothing but exceptional experiences until my stay at the end of July. I was reviewing my bank account and had a $75 charge 3 days after I checked out. I just happened to be going back to stay again in early September and thought I would take care of it then, Upon checking in I asked the person at the front desk about the situation and she said she would look into it and let me know. I never heard anything so at check out I asked again. She then told me it was for "soiled linens". And, then asked "were you on your monthly?" . I was shocked and said no and I do not know what the issue would have been. And I would like to speak to someone as I was never informed or sent anything about the charges. She then said I would need to email the manager, which I did on Sept 5th and have heard nothing back. So, I am now disputing through my bank, I have never had an issue like this with a hotel. I stayed alone in the room for 2 nights and can't imagine what I had possibly ruined that cost the hotel $75. The lack of response is also shocking as I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel both with family and friends. Beyond this issue the hotel is quaint, mostly quiet, the rooms are very nicely done with a double vanity. The restaurant is not open due to COVID but it definitely looks like it would be nice. The outdoor patio and firepits are a nice touch as well.

Valentine's Day GetawayThis hotel is absolutely beautiful! I loved the updated interior but also how the interior fit into the small town feel of Saratoga. This hotel is located right next to a park. Perfect for picnics or taking the kids to play. There are many shops and restaurants very close. If you are on the 4th floor you'll have direct access to the main Street of shops and food. Our room was ready just before 3pm. We arrived early and enjoyed our lunch on the beautiful patio. The heating lamps were turned on for our comfort and we were provided complimentary champagne for Valentine's Day. Our room was amazing at first glance! Modern floors, very spacious, shower only and two separate vanities. We had a king bed room. The view was also nice. We were just over the patio and creek. We did have an issue with our sink leaking and flooding the floor while we napped. Ryan was amazing in getting the mess cleaned up. We understood because they were at capacity there weren't options to switch rooms. Luckily the problem was a one time issue and we avoided that sink the rest of our stay. Ryan provided a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. He really went above and beyond! There was no maintenance staff on at the time and he acted promptly to resolve the problem. There are lots of options for eating nearby. Because of dietary restrictions we had to travel shortly away from the hotel to a couple of vegan restaurants. The Happy Hooligan is highly recommended. Also, Veggie Grill is right on Saratoga Ave and offer lots of great vegan eats to enjoy!

The curators of a dream come true elopementNestled in the trees of Saratoga is a hidden gem. This wonderful establishment is truly a gift especially while we have all had our worlds turned upside down with this pandemic. For a wanderlust like myself even the simplest form of travel can be so meaningful. This hotel provides a way to escape to a beautiful scenic area surrounded by luscious greens, comforting sounds of streams of water, delicious culinary delights ranging from local favorites to truly stunning works of culinary art of various cuisines, and also small attractions to enjoy more nature and peace. Discovering this hotel has been a blessing and has become a part of our love story for 2021. The staff is also what makes this experience even more memorable. So responsive to communications whether it be via email or social media, there is never an unanswered question or request. They take the extra time to make you feel safe, protected, comfortable, and at home when you are there. Just when I thought they couldn't wow us any further, they helped me curate and execute a dream come true for my parents on their 25th wedding anniversary. Being in the wedding industry for well over 13 years, you latch onto great vendors and venues and I did just that with the Inn At Saratoga. There was not one detail that was left unfulfilled with our planning of the ultimate elopement package. With the help of the incredible Maria and Bina, we were even able to have a private dining experience at a local restaurant after the ceremony. The food was one of the best meals we all have had. You will never find a friendlier and more welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make this day happen and thank you will never be enough. A small party of 5 made use of the grounds for their photoshoot and also ceremony. Adorned with market lights, fire pits, lanterns, and a picturesque stream in the background provided for the perfect backdrop for a dream come true for a couple so deserving of this moment to commemorate their love story and allowing them to have the wedding they didn't have 25 years ago. If you are looking for a quick getaway, a place to work with a lovely view, a venue who will help curate your special day...look no further than the Inn At Saratoga. You will not be disappointed and it will be a part of your story too.
