  Este maravilloso hotel ofrece todo lo que un viajero pudiera necesitar. Las alcobas son muy cómodas y hay un desayuno caliente delicioso todos los días de la semana. Mi mujer y yo la pasamos extremadamente bien. El personal es amigable y siempre listo a prestar servicio. Lo recomiendo de todo corazón y volveremos en cuanto podamos.

  Dont stay here if youre concerned about COVID

  This seems like a nice enough hotel, but the COVID precautions were horrendous. The majority of staff, including a bartender, front desk staff, and housekeeping staff either were completely maskless or kept their masks down under their chins. The bartender had her mask down under her chin every time I saw her, the housekeeper had her mask off and scrambled to put it on, giggling and whistling as she passed us, and the woman at the front desk had it completely down, pulled it up as we passed, and then immediately pulled it back down. It is clearly a systemic issue at this hotel.

  Light house Inn

  The rooms were nice and cozy very nicely done on the water. The grounds were beautiful. The food, chef Jasper and the wait staff was fabulous. The issue was when we booked the room we were told water would be turned off at 8pm and back on at 8 am . When we actually checked in at 4, we were told it was shutting off at 5. We made due.....no other choice. But by 9 am....no water for coffee..we were told to boil water or we could come buy some from the front desk. Lame Very poor guest relations at that point. Drinking water and flushing water should have been provided. We were actually told we could go fetch our own water to flush toilets at the bay. Then trying to get hot water for showers we were told to let it run for a while. After 45 mins we were told to still let it run. After 2 hr.s of still no hot water I called the front desk. Stacy said we were the only ones having problems and she would send maitenance. An hour of waiting And I called again to see if they were coming. Stacys reply was " I called and left a, I mean, I talked to them and they said to just let the water run. I said we have been trying that but you could have called back and let us know......we have been waiting an hour. She said she left a message but will call them back. I said no, you told me you talked to them and they said......with that she hung up on me. Maintenance then showed up said the boilers were out and he was trying to get them going. No problem. That is fully understandable. Stacy lied, was rude and got called on it when we checked out. She laughed and said she would be sure to let the manager know. Its a dam shame they have help and issues like that to ruin a perfectly beautiful place. Ps...never did get coffee or shower. Sean and kelly

  Weekend bay fishing

  Great place to spend a weekend, . Rooms are every clean ,compliance with CDC regulations. Big thanks to staff. Chef Jasper excellent meals, Bartender Diane great drinks, Waitress Patricia great service Front desk Stacy and Breanna very helpfull. Professional all the way.

  Excellent Customer Service

  Stacy at the front desk is awesome, very welcoming and positive on the phone, knowledgeable of the local area. The rooms are clean and neat, a very peaceful place. A beautiful historical Inn, right up there with the Grand Hotel of Mackinac Island, Michigan! All staff were wearing masks per CDC despite other reviews on Trip Advisor.
