  Buenisima experiencia en una ciudad tan fria como Minneapolis.

  Una habitacion limpia, fresca, con buenas luces claras, con self serve coffee o te, higienicos para cualquier necesidad, servicio de restaurante, ear plugs, unas vistas de 180° grados de la ciudad que hasta nostalgia te dan de ver esa ciudad de noche, es de lo mas placentero al viajar por negocios.

  This is the only place to stay when in Minneapolis!

  Every single staff member - registration, bartender (the best!), housekeeping....hands down will never stay anywhere else when in the cities! Dinner was terrific. Drinks were terrific. So helpful and kind. The hotel was spotless. Never once felt unsafe. Parking is so simple. The view perfect. Love it there!

  Magical!

  My fiancé and I absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel. The room and public areas were extremely clean and they did a fantastic job with making us feel safe during COVID. The staff was fantastic and we will definitely be back! Thank you for providing us with such a magical experience!

  Never Again

  I stayed in here during the last weekend of January and the first weekend of February. I booked the room as a staycation of sorts to get some work done. The person who checked me in was nice enough, but when I got to my room, there was a pair of socks on the floor, which, if the room had been cleaned, those wouldn't have been there. Then there were the random strands of gray hair here and there. I called down, and I was moved from the 15th to the 16th floor. That second room was moderately cleaner. Both rooms were on the corner and offered great views of downtown Minneapolis. The following weekend, I decided to repeat the staycation, and while I was bothered by the rooms not being overly clean, I figured those were one-offs and I'd be fine. Welp, again, I started off in a room on the 15th floor. Every surface that you'd normally touch with your fingers--light switches, the AC, etc. was poorly cleaned as evidenced by the filth that came off on the wipes I used. [sigh]. I decided I'd ignore it. I took a shower and discovered the shower door was missing the rubber at the bottom of the door, so the floor flooded as I showered. Still, I just decided to ignore it, and I was pretty certain, I'd never go back there. Then, the morning I was checking out, the damned elevators were out: no call, no email, no alert of any kind. Like other guests, I found out the elevator was out when I was forced to walk down 15 flights of stairs to get my breakfast a nearby restaurant. Worse, I had to walk up those stairs to get back to my room. As I was gathering my stuff and preparing my mind to walk down the stairs again, I received a call from the front desk notifying me that the elevators were working and offering me 30K points, "which should be enough for any night at most Hilton hotels." I thanked the receptionist, and after checking online, it turns out 30k points isn't even enough to stay at the Marquette for a single night. So, thanks for nothing. I get that during COVID, services are limited. But, if you're going to be open, the rooms have to be cleaned--even more so because there's a pandemic--and the building needs to be functional. So, no. I won't ever be back.

  Our Favorite Place to Stay in Downtown Minneapolis

  Maybe because I work at Marquette, but more likely the service and the convenience, whenever we take a long weekend in MSP we always stay at the Marquette. Wonderful service and lots of great restaurants and activities close.
