  Not great

  The room smelt really strongly of nail varnish remover or something similar, it was overpowering when we walked it. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was leaking constantly, as was the soap holder, so it left a kind of soapy grime covering the bathroom floor, (pic is from when we first arrived, as you can imagine it just kept dripping all night and got worse) the bathroom just didn't feel clean and none of us wanted to use the shower. The air con was very noisy. I would have given a one star, but the beds were actually really comfortable and we all slept very well. It's an ok-ish place to stay overnight, but personally I wouldn't want to stay longer. I won't be returning as there are so many much better options around.

  Quiet Bangkok Layover

  At the quiet end of Sukhumvit 22. A long narrowish building with no outside light in the rooms on one side. Filipino staff, polite & respectful. My room was small but adequate with a small wash room. The price of the room per night just as small, (booked on the internet). The large bed clean & comfy. The rest of the hotel tiled & clean. Washing taken at reception (cheap). Kettle provided. No room or reception safes. Non smoking hotel but a balcony overlooking the man road at the end of the corridors. Tip: get a room at the balcony end if you smoke. No food but plenty outside. Restaurant/bar adjacent & small restaurants on the main road opposite. (The Thai restaurant recommended.) Family Mart/Cafe (2 mins) at the end of the road, (recommended for coffee & snacks). 50 Baht taxi ride to the busy end of 22. If you are going further afield I recommend booking your taxi at reception. 3300 baht to the Koh Chang ferry. This is not really a hotel but more of a hostel.

  Friendly Staff and Good Location

  I stayed 06 Nights last week, it was very easy for me as I made the payment upon arrival. The most of the front office staff from Philippine and spoke clear good English. Room was fine good location for my business purpose.

  WARNING! This hotel uses the overbooking method!

  So I made a reservation on October 19th around midday for the same evening. I initially told them in my reservation form that I was arriving at airport around midnight and they should expect me to arrive around 1:30-2am if no issues in between. After my reservation, they ask me again the details of my arrival. I confirm them the time etc and they confirm from their side. I arrived at 2am at the hotel, pretty tired after the plane, and they tell me the hotel is full despite my reservation !? The guy tells me he can't help more as he's just the night shift guy. I ask him to book another hotel for me but says he can't. Lucky me I had data and money to make calls to book a hotel in the middle of the night, which is more than annoying because obviously you cannot book online for the same date as it's too late and therefore the prices aren't the same either. Had to take a grab again to reach destination. The service is terrible. No proactivity, real excuse or any empathy. This says all about this hotel and def won't recommend.

  Bichos en la habitación y mucho ruido

  Nuestra habitación daba justo a la calle donde los coches hacen mucho ruido 25 horas. Lo peor que en la cama teníamos algún tipo de bicho ya que era meterse dentro de la cama y nos picaba todo el cuerpo.
