  Cabañas en primera línea

  La ubicación de las cabañas está a unos 10-15 minutos caminando del pueblo/playa, lo malo es que es cuesta arriba y que por el camino te comen los mosquitos porque la zona es muy verde. Las cabañas son muy básicas, una cama, baño y ventilador. Incluyen también toallas y dos botellas de agua de cortesía. Tienen vistas al mar y de noche se oyen las olas, las ranas, cigarras, etc. Es muy recomendable usar algún tipo de antimosquitos porque las cabañas tiene bastantes sitios por donde se cuelan. Hay wifi en la zona común pero a las cabañas llega poca señal. La familia que lo lleva es atenta y te ayudan el lo que pueden.

  Perfect location, relaxed host

  I really enjoyed staying here. 5 minutes walk from Haad Rin Beach. The bungalows with sea views enjoy almost 270 degree views of the ocean, and a private swimming area. It felt more like staying in a Thai family home rather than a hostel or resort. Thank you.

  Stay away !

  On reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical to book this place as it does mention a hill you have to climb in order to get to it. What nobody has mentioned is that its not just one hill its several nearly vertical hills in the middle of nowhere. On arriving we was met at same same bar for them to take us to the top thank goodness because not even the fitess person would have made that with baggage and may of had a heart attack. When we got out at the top the man just pointed down some steps and went. If you have any knee, walking, or vertigo issues do not go!! The steps where knee high very small and nerarly vertical. It took us 20 minuets to get our suitcase to the reception from the top of the steps which then a man came to help at the very bottom. When we signed in we was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes so asked for a mosquito for the room. They didnt have any. We got to the shack after walking again with our suitcases down some even long, smaller sets of stairs on the edge of a cliff one foot wrong and you would be a goner. We decided to brave the walk down to the town as we could not stay here especially for 4 days. It is a 15 minuet walk you have to do in order to see one shop or eat anywhere it is certainly not safe. It is lit but poorly. We eventually found a second room closer to the town thank goodness and walked back up to the dreaded OceanPhangan Homestay as No taxis will take you up there at all!! Eventually after us both crying because we where that broken from the walk and lugging a 20kg suitcase plus backpack up and down we where at the top. I told the owner we couldnt stay and he just grunted. We had already signed a waiver to say there where no refunds allowed. Stay clear Of this place if you actually want to spend your time holidaying. Only plus the views are amazing not that amazing for me to stay though.

  Best bungalows weve stayed in during our travels!

  Weve loved this place! Its off the beaten track, up the hill about 750m away from Haadrin - the views there are just spectacular! Bungalows are super clean, comfy, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is tasty, decent WiFi in the restaurant. Regular free shuttle runs down the hill and back. This place is definitely not aimed for party people.

  Bug infested and long walk up steep hills

  Stayed for 2 nights, its quite hard to find, our taxi dropped us of a fair distance away, the walk there is down an dark path with steep hills, room seemed clean when we first walked in, then noticed the bed was covered in insects, and there were lizards on most walls. Also lack of air con was a killer in 35 degree heat. On the plus side, the view from our room and balcony with a hammock was lovely.
