  Service apartment hotel

  Amazingly quiet considering there were many Chinese families with babies & young children. Unfortunately In room AC noisy & even switched off noise remains. In room washing machine & dryer is an added bonus if you require laundry cleaning. Super close to The Oct Harbour which has many restaurants so did not make use of hotel cooking facilities in room.

  Nice, clean with adequate in room facilities

  Stayed one night for conference. Room was arranged by organizer. Had an upgraded room to two bedroom suite which is too big for a single traveler like me this visit, I wish I have brought my family here too. Room was super spacious, two bedrooms with king beds, two toilet, one with a large tub and separate walk in shower. Another toilet with shower only. There are separate Dining room and living room with kitchen, equipped with oven, microwave and even washing machine. Fitness center was nice and clean, breakfast offered basic items. I had a simple lunch at the restaurant the next day, in which the portion was adequate and reasonably priced. There is a mall next to the hotel with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel staffs were friendly and overall stay was pleasant.

  Flawless Property

  We were given a generous upgrade to a larger apartment upon arrival, and from that moment on we sunk into their luxurious facilities. The bathroom was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was endlessly absorbing and the whole apartment was decorated and maintained immaculately. The outdoor pool was lovely, and the location, within the OCT complex, was excellent.

  A bit disappointing

  As I travel to Shenzhen quite often, so office booked this place for me. The sitting room is a big noisy as it is not double glazed. It's a bit cold tonight and yet there's no heating. I would expect a hotel or service apartment like this to have heating, not air conditioning, in winter.

  Wish it was full Marriott

  It was the first time we tried the Executive Apartments brand under Marriott. We were very impressed by this apartment/hotel concept. They had an unassuming entrance and a minimalist lobby, but had put the investment where it mattered i.e. in the apartments, in terms of size, design, quality of furnishing and amenities. Check-in was efficient and professional. We were offered complementary breakfast which turned out to be very useful because the adjacent mall's coffeeshops and eateries only opened at 10am. The breakfast spread was a good combination of eastern and western food, not over elaborate but of good quality. In summary, it was a great stay experience. My only comment would be its management should consider to elevate the brand to full Marriott membership. As it stands because it is an associate of Marriott, it only gives 1/4 of Marriott points, no bonus points and would need 3 nights stay to earn 1 loyalty night. These are dampers when choosing such brand for Marriott members. But if you are not, then a highly recommended.
