  Excelente

  La localización del hotel es excelente. Es un barrio chino. Muchos reataurantes cerca. El tren queda a 10minutos. Está a 8 minutos del aeropuerto la guardia. El cuarto era grande con dos camas queens y muy comodas.El baño muy bonito y todo limpio. Además tiene un lounge con buena música, puedes beber y comer. Lo recomiendo.

  Pasamos 6 días el hotel excelente la gente del hotel 10 puntos para solucionar las cosa simple súper limpio Además tiene un Tesla que es para los pasajeros del hotel te lleva gratis hasta 50 cuadras Nada mal por lo que salen taxis en ny Me encanto y sin dudas volvería

  Habitación sin ventana

  Este hotel promete mucho y cumple poco... habitación sin ventana en la planta baja. 150 euros más por noche si quería una habitación con ventana. Aire acondicionado con un ruido infernal. Lavabo que no traga. Ducha en el wc. No limpieza de la habitación. Personal que trata a la gente de primera y de segunda. Todo muy mal. Atención pésima y hotel malo.

  King Spa Room

  Firstly, the hotel is very clean and smells amazing. We stayed on the 7th floor in a king spa room. The room superseded my expectations, the bed and sheets omg. The best sleep I got in 2020 thus far. The bathroom was spotless and the tub was amazing. I would recommend long as well as short stays.

  Horrible sums it up - please read this

  I stayed in room 105 recently. Oh wow. When I got in, the room had no windows. It was bed in middle, table on the right, and bathroom on the left. Incredibly small. Hated the bathroom because the toilet and shower was separated by a glass half wall and the shower is right over the sink? Like what? By the way, the shower over the sink will leak all the way through to the room. No way to keep the floor clean. Im telling you guys, this room is messed up. You basically shower in the floor in front of the sink that you use to brush your teeth, and the water leaks through the crack onto the floor of the tiny room. Weird as Fudge. By the way, during covid, there is no housekeeping service unless you stay more than 3 days. You must gather your own trash and put it outside the door. Furthermore, towels are not replaced each day either - cost cutting? No earthly idea. Internet was like non existent in that room. In and out or just not working. I bothered on the first night to ask about internet password and then didnt bother anymore when I realized the password only worked sometimes because of the horrible service and experience. Day 2 I went to ask for a towel and got it. Day 3 I went to ask for a towel and was told they had no more towels so yeah no house keeping and no fresh towels either. Might as well bring your own for that matter then. Phone reception in that room 105 was horrible as well. I could only make calls in certain area of the room and it was still in and out. The woman at the front desk is rude as hell. Not friendly just seem like she doesnt want to be there. When I asked to use a restroom after I checked out on the last day because I still had a few hours to kill and checked in my bags there, I was told no bathrooms to use .. you will just to have hold it. Like what? Guys I certainly wouldnt recommend this ho... err motel. I didnt complain to management at all because whats the point. Theyre going to blame covid and I dont feel like dealing with rude front desk woman. So I just took it, went about my business, and thank the Gods when I checked out after 3 nights to go home. Any pros? Well the bed was comfortable but there were like 2 brown (blood) stains on the white covering I found on the second night but I guess thats just typical at this type of low hotel. Would I recommend this hotel? Haha, what do you think? Good luck staying here.
