  estuve la semana pasada en este hotel con mi familia es fabuloso para los ninos se la pasaron en la pisina, muy limpio.el lobby acogedor podria pasarme todo el dia ahi sin tener que salir como para despeja. les recomiendo si van pedir una habitacion que sea con vista a la ciudad y no a las montanas pues a las montanas te puede tocar ver el parqueo como a mi en canvio a la ciudad ves la pequena ciudad abajo y la vista de las montanas atras, el desayuno no esta incluido y eso es lo que no le da mi cinco estrellas pues por el precio que tiene deberia tenerlo incluido nos costo 8 dolares por persona pero excelente.

  Excelentes instalaciones

  Fui a visitar a mi familia en USA y optamos por un paseo familiar. La opción del hotel fue excelente sobre todo por el buen servicio y las instalaciones de primera. Sólo lamento no haber tenido los desayunos incluidos y que la piscina no esté en uso pues creo que era temperada. La reserva fue hecha a nombre de mi cuñado, Jorge Moretti.

  Muy satisfechos con este hotel! Volveremos !

  Fuimos a este hotel por las recomendaciones de este portal . Fue una hermosa estancia familiar en la que compartimos con nuestra perrita que es de apoyo emocional , pues el hotel no recibe normalmente mascotas . Quite una estrella por considerar que a pesar de la crisis del COVID y el hecho que no puedan limpiar las habitaciones diariamente, no justifica que uno tenga que acumular la basura afuera y tenerla varios días allí . Deberían al menos dejar toallas nuevas colgadas en una bolsa protegida diariamente y recoger las usadas . La habitación era enorme pero el baño es inexplicablemente pequeño . De resto la vista hermosa en lo alto de la montaña con un panorama de todo el pueblo . El desayuno no estuvo incluido en el plan, pero la atención del comedor fue muy atenta por parte de la Sra. María que nos hizo sentir en casa y todo el staff muy bien dispuesto. Preparan omelettes al gusto y hay Buffett que los cocineros van colocando lo que uno desea comer . Fue una gran solución perfecta para evitar las largas colas en los restaurantes del pueblo los fines de semana.

  Lovely rooms and staff. See bears. Pool is a no!

  Top hotel. Would give 5 stars, but the pool was a main reason we booked and it was not as advertised. We visited in July during Covid. We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids (10-14yrs). Lots of pluses: Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. They didnt have adjoining rooms, but gave us 2 next to each other on 11th floor. The rooms are all off a cool, open, central atrium, so no neighbors across the hall. There was also a small alcove entry area with our rooms to the left and right. This was so perfect for us, as it made it feel like our rooms were connected and we could go back and forth without going into the common hallway. Our rooms were really nice and quite large. Ours had a king bed and sofa and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the evenings. The 3 kids had plenty of room on 2 queen beds. For such an open hallway, the room was remarkably quiet. The balconies off the room were old concrete and pools of water from ac unit collected, but one side stayed dry and was wide enough to bring a stool from the room out and enjoy the amazing view. We were over the parking lot and garbage dumpster. I was disappointed at first bc it felt like an eye sore. But we realized the view of the mountains was unbeatable. Having an evening cocktail in our room and watching the sunset from our balcony became a vacation highlight. Over the dumpsters turned out to be a great spot because a momma bear and three cubs showed up each evening and everyone gathers at balconies at the hotel to watch from a safe distance. The bears carry on for a good 1/2 hr or more. That was amazing to have the opportunity to observe a mom and cubs in the wild like that. Possible cons- The hotel is up a pretty steep incline road. It could be tough for an older car or heavy load, fyi. Youre away from the gatlinburg main strip, and perched in a beautiful spot, which is the best hotel spot in Gatlinburg, in my opinion. But you need to drive down that steep road to get to anything to eat or drink. And parking in the main strip area is expensive. The hotel does have a restaurant and cozy looking bar, but it was closed due to covid. They did have a pianist every evening and that was lovely as you could hear in the hallways floating up from the lobby. The hotel also has a trolley service to get to the main strip. We didnt use that. The pool was a real drawback. Having 3 teenish kids on summer break during covid , a pool was a must. The pictures look amazing. The reality was really not good. Even the kids didnt want to go back after one visit on the first night. First, youre immediately knocked over by the clorine fumes. That was really unpleasant and uncomfortable the whole time youre in this area with no fresh air. Its a large space, but all the green foliage is plastic and concrete. The pool is split in two levels, which looks cool, but you cant swim or really spread out. Everyone just has space to hover in one spot a foot or 2 btw you and another family group. Not many even fit at once. They have a lot of lounge chairs, but the way the whole thing is set up, you cant watch your kids from any chair. I dont know why anyone would want to lounge in the space anyway. The ground is just industrial concrete which isnt what anyone enjoys poolside, I dont think. Overall, I also found it dirty, with grime on all the tile and discolored cement floors. If you forget about the pool, its a perfect hotel. The kids liked the game room and the front desk was very nice about exchanging quarters.

  NEVER STAY HERE!

  This place is filthy, falling apart and unethical. The staff/management are Thieves. The place looks great from the example photos but is nothing close in reality. The Hotel is continuously committing Fraud. I stayed at the hotel in from Feb, 17-20 this year and and confirmed rate of $103.81 and was charged $273. I called the hotel agent, Nicole to ask her to correct the error and she charged me again on another card. I spoke with the Manager and He refused to accept the confirmation email of the confirmed rate and continued to lie to me. I elevated the issue to Hilton Corporate. The Hilton Corporate Agent asked the Manager John Reece to refund the amount and he refused. This is completely unethical. I have all the proof to confirm that they both are responsible for illegally charging me credit cards. I am considering pressing charges against them both.
