  Maravilloso y economico

  Realmente, un sitio muy recomendable. Nos alojamos alli con mi esposo y 2 hijas, Excelente ubicacion, a 10 minutos andando de Albert Docks, cerca del centro. Mi departamento estaba excelentemente equipado, no faltaba nada. Muy buena ducha, camas comodas , 2 habitaciones, living y cocina. Zona tranquila, a un paso de todo. Cumplio con todo lo acordado y las fotos eran realmente lo ofrecido.

  Muy bien situado

  Apartamentos muy bien situados porque están cerca del centro y de todo lo importante pero en una calle tranquila,sin coches ni bares. Cómodos,sin lujos pero tienen de todo lo básico ,las camas cómodas y la calefacción funcionando Buena relación precio-calidad

  Hen party!

  Arrived to the apartments expecting to be having to drop our bags and go out until a later check in but after briefly calling the apartments to explain that we could be late to check in due to accident on the motorway - on arrival the guy on the desk couldnt do enough for us! He was 100% ready and waiting - full of info for us and had actually changed our rooms so that we were all on the same floor which was perfect. Location - Not far from Liverpool One and in walking distance of all major areas / 5 minute taxi which costs a couple of quid! I think we spent a maximum of £12 on Taxis across our whole weekend Rooms - Very spacious. Could do with particular attention to detail in the bathrooms .. ours had a very nasty drain smell / off water smell the whole time which meant we couldnt use ours and ended up sharing with next door (Luckily we could do this!) Upon arrival also had to pay £200 per room deposit for damages etc which we thought was a bit extortionate as we were literally there 1 night and used the rooms for a maximum of 8 hours to sleep in - however do understand the principle of it! The bar - 24 hour bar in reception! Amazing!! They also collect keys back here so that you dont have to take them out with you which works amazingly when theres a group of 16 of you! The staff in the bar were also super friendly I would recommend staying here for larger parties for birthdays / hens / stag dos

  Overnight stop for concert

  I had arranged a 2 bedroom apartment at the Print Works; we arrived late afternoon and were greeted very warmly at the reception. We were offered a different apartment just down the road which had two bathrooms (an en-suite and a separate bathroom) still in the same set up. The apartment was fine with a kitchen/lounge however it was quite basic in some respects and the second bedroom feeling a little small with 2 beds in situ. For one night it was ok for us and value for money was quite exceptional. Location wasn't too bad either within a short walk to Bold Street where there are a lot of eateries. Couldn't find any Wi-Fi available though, we didn't ask as we only stopped one night.

  Disgusted

  I booked this for 3 employees working at Liverpool city hospital last night. Paid the fee. Spoke to the property 3 times before their arrival, All ok. After travelling since 2.30 am and then working a 14 hour shift, when they arrived at the print works it was all locked up. Despite several calls and voicemails my call was not returned. After the 4th attempt this morning, calling them from a different number Paul answered. Said he would get back to me. Still nothing. This had been reported to booking.com. Who have refunded us. They were left with nowhere to sleep, in this terrible time how can this be ignored. Shocking to say the least. I contacted the Hilton at the docks, verified they were key workers and they were fantastic. This however took nearly 2 hours to arrange due to the current status.
