    The only reason its a 2 star is the location

    Stayed 3 days in a Key West View suite. AC broke 2 out of 3 days and got to wake up to water all over the floor. Toilet broke twice. Housekeeping never showed day 2 after two requests to the front desk and left zero towels day 1 after cleaning. Came in from the pool to find ants all over the countertop. The view is the edge of the parking garage and top of a building. The walkways leading to the rooms are filthy and in desperate need of a power washer or mop. Not a $600 hotel.

    Great place to recharge

    We stayed at this property the last week of Feb. 2021 and loved it. First things first- The restaurant is WONDEFUL! Do not believe the previous reviews. We ate there for lunch 2x (pool time was a must) and breakfast. Loved everything we ordered. 2nd best Key Lime Pie on the Island. The pool and beach were great. We did both. Staff was quick to secure a location for you and towels. Rooms were spacious across the property which was nice with COVID. Easy walk to sister property Casa Marina- but the Reach was much nicer- better pool and beach. I highly recommend and will come back!

    Beautiful property/rooms! Wow! Definitely recommend!

    We opted to stay at the Reach (in lieu of the Waldorf) based off of the reviews, and we couldnt be happier! The property was recently renovated and it shows! The grounds are gorgeous! (Bocce ball, giant chess, pool, sandy beachfront, lounge chairs and a beautiful pier!) Quaint gift shop too! The King size room is impeccable! We stayed in room 220. Super clean, large size amenities, mini fridge, plenty of space! We had a balcony overlooking the outdoor patio on the front of the building and a Keurig coffee machine!! The Diamond amenities are also really nice! Water pouches, $15ea for breakfast and even 10% off at the Gift shop. We will definitely be back to The Reach! We were really impressed with our stay and the service of the hotel staff! Hilton has done really well with this property!

    Great Vacation in beautiful Key West

    Loved this hotel. Room was amazing. Great time at the pool. Hotel is very spread out and a bit of a maze, it took a couple of tries to find our room :) The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Did not eat at the onsite restaurant. EXTREMELY expensive ( even for Key West) and we were not really interested in the offerings. Walk over to sister property for a great lunch! Don't miss Frenchies for breakfast. A bit of a walk to Mallory Square, but have the Kettle One Orange Crush at the bar. Amazing!!!

    HORRIBLE Customer Service - DONOT Stay here if you a expect 5-star service

    I had an unpleasant experience with a Pathfinder named Kristin due to the hotels billing mistake. We notified her regarding a $55 restaurant bill charged to our room that we didnt eat at throughout our stay. Without any word of reassuring or comforting, she went ahead and checked every receipt in front of us. After she cant find the bill, she just went on saying she would remove the bill with no apology of the wrong bill and her wasting our time. With a Curio property, I would expect her to have better customer service to ease our stress over the matter. Getting the wrong bill during a vacation itself is already stressful, her action towards us added on to the stress. I felt like we were the suspect in her eyes and she tried hard to prove us wrong. I WOULD NEVER come back to this property because of this.
