Wouldn't stay againThough the location is nice, and easy to navigate to other places like the store and restaurants, the apartment itself had some issues. The first night we arrived the sheets in one of our rooms was dirty, and had somebody else's hair in it. To top it off there was a dead fly of some sort further down the bed. There was hair in the shower as well. We tried to call the front desk around 9pm only to be told they closed at 8. The "help" book in the room says they're open until 11pm. We had to find out by calling about their winter hours. They were polite the next morning when we were able to talk to someone and they asked us when would be best to fix the problem. It was corrected by the time we came back. The nights were beautiful the beginning of the week but we couldn't open anything but the window near the bathroom because there were no screens. The parking was horrible because every time you pulled out of the spots the car bottoms out, regardless how slow you go. It is also a pain in the neck to have to go a little over a mile down the road to check in and to use the gym.

My stay here was PERFECT!I really enjoyed my stay. It was perfect for my family and I. Close to everything and convenient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There were more than enough towels for our entire stay. The staff was very nice and respectful. My mother left a bag in our room by mistake and they got it and mailed it to her. I will be staying here again next year without a doubt.

Beachfront Hotel Room...vs. CLEAN Hotel Room?When we went to this resort, we were shocked to discover multiple disatisfactions with our room. First of all, the room smelled mildewy and there was sand in the carpet. Well, it is the beach, we thought, until we discovered sand in the sheets! Then, throughout our stay, we discovered: - a pretzel - a toenail - several hairs in various places - a glove - a beer cap - and finally, a pacifier Also, the parking? TERRIBLE!!! The one night, we were told to go up a parking deck, and so we did, only to find out that there was NO PARKING ANYWHERE! The parking deck was tiny and cramped, and we have a Toyota Tundra. Overall, I believe that this trip was very good, except for the hotel. We will definitely NOT be staying here again.

FestivaThis is not actually a review of the resort, but for Festiva in general. I searched vacation packages online and a great deal came up with this resort. Someone called me and I booked the room on the phone. They said that we had to go to a presentation of the resort (which I figured we would) and I agreed. He put me on hold and came back and said that they had no presentation time slots available for the weekend we were there and would have to cancel the reservation. I was fine with that and said ok. The next day, someone called and said they had a cancellation and they rebooked our trip. I hadn't received a confirmation email or anything so I called them today to confirm. The girl told me that they had cancelled our reservation and there was nothing available now for that weekend. We were planning on going over Labor Day weekend, so now there is NOTHING available that is affordable for that weekend. The biggest issue is that I already told my 7 year old daughter and she was soooo excited. So, I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone as it obviously doesn't matter to them about families or family vacations. Hopefully we can find a place reasonably priced within the next couple days, but it doesn't promising.

Rude customer serviceI went to purchase a timeshare and I had my child with me age 6 they told me I couldnt bring him in the room with me and told me to leave him with in the daycare. First they was rude telling me I couldnt have my child with me , second they couldnt provide me with background checks for the ladys watching my child. Then told me to leave after my child wouldnt go in there. Front desk ladys and management is very rude will not go through this timeshare and will not stay even if they gave it to me.
