  Arrogant, Ignorant and Lazy Duty Manager

  An ACCOR Platinum 5 member who stayed at The Sebel Swan Valley The Vines from 29/11/19 to 03/12/19 but checked out early on 02/12/19 I and my partner had a bad encounter with an arrogant, ignorant and lazy Duty Manager at the check-out reception. He kept arguing with me about the ACCOR Eftpos card that I had produced to pay for my meals. He claims that he's not aware neither had seen such card and didn't bother to check it out before rudely moving off leaving us puzzled. It was then a polite lady receptionist who came over and took my ACCOR Eftpos card and said that she would check. After going into the computer, she found out that it was exactly what I had claimed earlier about the card. I finally made payment with the card. The Duty Manager made no attempt to seek redress. I must admit that my overall stay here would have been enjoyable if not for this rude Duty Manager during my check-out.

  Good for the price

  We stayed here for 2 nights and it is definitely value for money, the 2 nights only cost us $350 all up. When you arrive there you need to check in at the Novotel Resort which is fine its only a 5 minute drive from your apartments. It didnt get off to the best start at reception, while the girl was kind and had great customer service she did inform us that there was people staying in the facilities that was in a 14 day quarantine. Which as you can imagine scared us a bit. We werent informed by Sebel about this so approaching anything was with great caution which is not really how you want to spend your time. However I must stress this isnt Novotels fault or anyone in away but COVID however again Sebel should inform people looking at staying there Either in a email once booked etc or via phone. Because of this we didnt get to use many of the facilities. The place doesnt look much from the outside but I must say on the inside is very nice and modern. You get your own little kitchen. Separate toilet and nice big shower. The bed is comfy and so is the sofa etc must warn you if you want to bing Netflix or Stan they dont have this available on the tv, you just get basic channels and a DVD player? Very dated and would be worth an upgrade. Maybe this has something to do with the fact they charge you for wifi I think its $10 but we didnt bother and just used our phones. Overall we enjoyed the apartment itself because the decor is nice and so is the furniture plus the balcony is huge and you can sit and watch the kangaroos which chill on the golf course. Very private and relaxing. Would recommend.

  Fantastic quality

  I stayed at this hotel with a few mates for a girls weekender. The rooms were lovely and included a full sized fridge, washing machine and dryer, oven, cooktop and even a fireplace. The beds were super comfy with quality linen. Im a light sleeper and had an excellent quality sleep! The staff were quick to help with any queries we had. The only downside was no lift to the second floor for those with a heavy suitcase! You can sit on your balcony and watch the kangaroos! Just fabulous!

  Weekend break

  What a lovely stay at the Sebel Vines. First time at the Sebel in the Swan valley. We had beautiful views and spoils with all the birds and Roos around. The apartment was so nice and spacious. Will definitely be going back.

  Would recommend

  Stayed here for 2 nights for my fiancé birthday and had a great time. Really clean, modern and spacious. Great location for swan valley activities. Downside - no bath in our room, no bin in toilet and no signage on how to get from Sebel to pool/mini golf at Vines.
