  The most wonderful staff

  After family was in a car accident near Nyack,my husband & I found this hotel near the hospital. When I made the reservation, Anthony, the general mgr, was warm, caring, empathetic and amazing. The other managers, Kevin & Ryan, were great. Even the restaurant mgr was so kind. The food was terrific. I can't say enough about how well we were treated & accommodated. What's more, it's pet friendly so we could stay with my family's dog, who was in the car during the accident. We are considering a return trip just as a getaway in the future. They treated us so well during a very difficult time. We can't thank them enough.

  What a gem & so close to home...

  This place is everything. What a gem and so close to home. Literally 25 from Paterson to Nyack. The staff starting from the front door to the Grille to housekeeping to EVERYONE were superb, professional, welcoming! They are doing everything to keep everyone safe and healthy. With travel out of the country being pretty obsolete right now, if you want a change of scenery this is the place to go! Chic, Charming, Ecletic, Vintage- somehow they. managed to pull all these together. I will def be back! Thank you for everything!!!!

  PAPER THIN WALLS! No Sleep, No Windows

  First, let me say this, the bar/restaurant staff are exceptional! They get 5 Stars. Food and drink are good as well. Front desk staff is so so depending on who is there. Let me preface, I've travelled extensively around the world and US, for both work and leisure. I've stayed at some of the best hotel and some ok ones as well. The Time Nyack did not meet the expectation that it presents. As the most expensive hotel in the area and the most modern, I expected a bit more in terms of appearance and Service. One night here is good enough if passing through ,but Id rather stay at a Courtyard or basic Hilton. THE WALLS HERE ARE PAPER THIN!!!! This is not an understatement. You can hear full conversations as if you were sitting 6 feet apart. So IMAGINE the other "Conversations" you hear. While in bed, I could hear someone in one adjacent room snoring and the other room having sex. Not to mention the party-goers in the hallway. Also, the rooms are DARK, Adams Family Style, no windows at the eye level, Windows begin at the 10ft mark and have limited light exposure. Not the relaxing city getaway I was looking for, to say the least.

  Quick overnight

  Stayed here with family for a quick overnight. Hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly. Overall I felt the hotel was a bit too trendy for a family. In order to activate lights in room you need to put your room key in special socket. This turns on all lights in room including under and behind the beds. Not ideal for when you dont want to wake a sleeping one year old. Wound up showering in the dark with my phone flashlight shedding a sliver of light in order to avoid waking my baby. Also pillows were horrible and only 2 per full size bed. Would have liked more support. Barn door for bathroom provides little privacy. Probably would have liked this hotel more if it was just myself and husband and perhaps a king bed with more pillows.

  Horrible with Dirty Sheets

  I had high hopes based on other reviews however my husband and I had issues from the beginning of our stay when we noticed the thermostat hanging off the wall and a freezing room. We promptly switched rooms and got ready for bed but had to withstand 3 hours of loud inappropriate intimate noises plus banging on the wall of our adjoining room by our neighbor for which we called the front desk to complain and he chuckled and said he would have someone talk to them We were up until midnight when it was finally quiet. Other issues included the fact that cable box is situated behind the tv so impossible to turn on or flip channels. The final straw was when we woke up and noticed our sheets in the daylight were filthy and stained. Pics below. Will not be staying here again.
