  Villa club is so nice and relaxing.

  We stayed in a villa club for 2 weeks, we can not find words to describe the location and the service, amazing and highly recommended. my family feel totally relaxed.Thank you so much Villa club we really enjoyed our stay.

  Good villa, really good pool

  Owner is onsite - so faults, repairs etc are sorted out very quickly. Having the owner next door wasn't a problem - the pool area is private, and he really just checked in now and again to check all was ok. Damage deposit was returned in full, and the owner was helpful with recommendations on what to see, where to eat etc. Make sure that you are clear whether the pool is definitely private or not, as the villa next door on the same site shared a pool with the owner. The pool is very clean, well maintained and is bigger than usual - it looks like a 9m X 5m pool with a deep end that is about 6'4" deep. The water doesn't have much in the way of chemicals and there is a quiet pump / filter running most of the time to keep it clean, plus the pool guy visits each week. There of space for sun loungers, and there are a couple of parasols for extra shade when needed. Be aware that the villas are quiet close to each other and many areas overlook each other - so if you want complete privacy and quiet, this may not be the place for you. In our villa the pool area was a bit more secluded, while the other side of the house was very exposed. The owner can arrange transfers, car hire with the car delivered to the villa etc, and the rates are reasonable and in line with what you would find anywhere else. This works well as he can ensure the transfer takes you to the right villa - I'd recommend this way of arriving. Bedrooms are clean, and aircon works well in the bedrooms. There are seating areas with a table on both sides of the house, so you are guaranteed somewhere with shade and a cool breeze. While the bedrooms are clean, bathrooms show some signs of wear and tear - so shower screens leak, water goes everywhere, the grouting needs renewing and some corners need a good scrub etc. There is a mop and bucket and this wasn't really a problem. Villa location is ideal. You have a view of the mountains and St Hilarions castle, and are a 5 minute walk from a supermarket. Although a hire car is ideal, you can get in and out of Kyrenia by dolmus easily enough (4TL per person). Driving into Kyrenia takes 15- 20 minutes and parking is easy. Escape beach is walking distance, but in 35C heat you may want to drive (there is a small charge for using the beaches). Note that you do need to provide everything in these villas - oil, salt, sugar, washing up liquid, scourer and dishcloth, coffee etc. The welcome pack was a large bottle of water and two beers, so make sure you get some supplies before you arrive. Overall, I thought this villa was about right for the price being charged - just be aware that it is a rental property showing some signs of wear and tear. For 5 stars I think the villa needs some updating, dishwasher installing, a thorough clean in all the corners etc, and wifi needs improving, but as it is you can have a pleasant holiday without any complaints.

  Ruined our holiday!

  We booked a holiday here through Amy Villas and the owners took a last minute booking and we have arrived in Cyprus with nowhere to stay!!! Con artists!! God knows where we will stay now and they do not care.

  Private Villas - a new era

  The first time we had stayed at one of the private villas away from the Villa Club estate. We loved the space and the privacy and as usual everything was in place for us from transfers to car hire and of course the villa itself thanks to Mustafa's attention to detail which means that the holiday is relaxed from day one. The pool and the garden are beautifully maintained as usual - my only regret is that we didn't stay here before. If there was one small criticism I would have liked the bedding and towels changed as frequently as they are at the club. The rooms are a great size and the kitchen well stocked with all the equipment that you could need. Another fantastic holiday Mustafa and I am already looking forward to our next visit.
