  Es increíble que una firma como Westin se atreva a vender los cuartos que nos dieron. No creo haberme quedado nunca en ningún cuarto TAN malo como este. Lugar tumultuoso huele mal y la atención de la gente de recepción completamente reprobable. Mi peor experiencia en viajes en mucho tiempo.

  Lujoso y cómodo

  Estuvimos una semana en este hotel. Las unidades son hermosas y lujosas. Cuentan con camas cómodas, amplio baño, cocina equipada, aire acondicionado y una agradable sala de estar. Se tiene internet gratis y parqueo. El personal es muy amable. Excelente servicio de comida a la habitación.

  Great Visit

  We arrived on Monday, February 15th on the tail end of Valentine's/President's Day weekend. It was great timing because everyone else was leaving and the resort was not overcrowded. The staff was excellent and could not do enough for us. No matter what our request, the answer was always "yes". Valet, check-in, bellman, pool staff, concierge, all restaurant employees and bartenders - excellent. We loved both pools. The spa was beautiful. Excellent massage and friendly employees. Our room was huge. Beautiful mountain view with sunset views of mountains. We will be back!

  Going above and beyond

  We were amazed by the level of service we received at the guest services from the staff. Robert was amazing and went above and beyond professionally to make us feel more at home anyway he could . Thank you

  Lovely, well maintained property and professional staff

  We are wrapping up a week at this beautiful property in a one bedroom premium villa. Tip: building 3 & 5 have the nicest views of the golf course and mountains in the distance. Alas, we were in building 4 - a little noisy as our villa patio was just outside the kids putting green. But we managed. Kierland has a wristband system for using the pools. You are designated either morning or afternoon on alternating days. This is to accommodate all guests while abiding by capacity and social distancing. If you want access to the pools all day, book a cabana ($50 for owners, $75 for non owners). We could also use the Resort (hotel lazy River) pool daily. But that can change based on hotel occupancy. Be sure to catch the sunset bagpipers on Friday and Saturday evenings only. Best to get there by 4ish, get a seat and enjoy some cocktails and appetizers as the seats go fast. We had a great dinner at Nellie Cashmans which is in the hotel. Its the only full service restaurant open at Kierland. All staff is friendly and professional. We asked for and got good dining recommendations from our concierge Nicole. Cleaning/sanitizing is constant throughout the resort. All in all a lovely resort!
