  Excelente hotel

  Muy bien ubicado, facil acceso a la autopista, a 30 minutos de orlando y 40 minutos de los mejores parques. Centros comeciales y restaurantes al cruzar la calle. Habitaciones A1, super limpias y bien equipadas. Lo unico negativo es que nadie hablaba en español.

  Muy buen hotel, para salir de la rutina de los parques temáticos. Tiene varios locales cerca. El hotel muy limpio y ordenado. Habitaciones con tamaño perfecto. Internet gratis y estacionamiento. Lo recomiendo 100%

  Still great

  This is our 2nd stay at the Westin Lake Mary. We were happy with our first stay, and decided to stay here again. It was an excellent stay. Plenty of parking, standard Westin comfort. Room was clean. Hotel is easily accessed from I-4. Due to COVID, hotel was not serving breakfast, but there is a McDonalds next door. Hotel takes COVID precautions seriously, which is appreciated. The best part of the hotel???? The Seminole Wekiva Greenway runs right next to the hotel. It makes for a GREAT run or walk for exercise. Each morning, I would run several miles on the greenway. Hotel is dog friendly and does not charge any pet fees. This is greatly appreciated! Last time we stayed here, we did not have a dog, so hotel is fine either way. We will definitely choose to stay here in the future!

  Horrible

  If there was a minus star I would be more than happy to give that! we've here been since Valentine's Day! In between homes, so we thought this would be a great place to stay, walking distance to restaurants, walking trails, I4, etc... But service, has been the worst we have ever experience in our lives, we travel the world and nothing like this.. My husband is an ambassador status, so you would think we would get a bit more than ok service... Customer service is awful, we have't gotten room service since we've been here, even though we follow the rules of calling the night before and requesting housekeeping, we've been out of toilet paper for couple of days! When we call or talk to the front desk agents they tell us that housekeeping is busy or they're short staff. Theres one excuse after another. One a happy note, Shula's 347 restaurant was outstanding, great food, OUTSTANDING service. From taking care of our Valentine's Day/Anniversary reservation to reserving a great bottle of champagne. As of matter of fact we're eating there just about every night due to the amazing service we received and just to get out of room that hasn't been clean in a week

  Steve saves the day!

  I was in town for a wedding at the Lake Mary Events Center. The room was clean and everything was near perfect, despite current heightened health awareness. The hotels shuttle was shut down due to staffing & COVID precautions, which is understandable. I was having a difficult time finding an Uber or Lyft to get to the wedding, as there were no cars available. The bellman, Steve, noticed my troubles and came over to me to say he would check with his manager if he could take me in the shuttle. Thankfully he came back and said his manager allowed it and he was going to pull the shuttle around for us. Thanks to Steves initiative and guest service, he went out of his way to bend the rules just a little, and we were able to make it to the ceremony on time! Thank you Steve and Westin for providing us with great accommodations amid this global pandemic! We cant wait to visit again!
