  Hermoso lugar Jackson Hold es un pequeño pueblito cerca del Parque Nacional Yellowstone en Wyoming lugar turístico acogedor las personas son excelentes ...nos quedamos 3 Noches para ir a recorrer el Parque Yellowstone vimos una manada de Buffalos ...vimos montañas con nieve ..cascadas hermosas he increíbles..todo el lugar fantástico ...y sin dejar de ir a ver los Geiser increible ...en fin vale la pena ir a conocer cada lugar del Parque Yellowstone...

  Hotel muy agradable , buena ubicación , habitaciones amplias , limpias y cómodas Internet gratuito y con buen funcionamiento Desayuno no incluido , sabroso pero algo caro Nos toco un joven en la recepción no muy atento , poco servicial No cuenta con bar Lo recomiendo , volvería

  Great place to stay

  Wonderful experience at the Wyoming Inn! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful! Location a little out of town but bus stop right beside it. Grocery store and eating choices were within easy walk.

  Good location, clean, BUT.....

  The Good: The hotel was located about 5 minutes from the downtown Jackson area. Uber rides were quick, almost always an XL. Or you can ride from the bus stop right across the street. About 20 minutes to Teton Village, a very easy drive!! The Gun Barrel restaurant was walking distance (a nice restaurant to check out for Elk chops) Sidewinders across the street was good for a drink at the end of your day. Gas station was walking distance too for quick grab items. All in all a central location for different excursions while still being close to food and shopping. Clean and larger room. Updated bathroom and amenities. Room service only available upon request due to Covid, as expected. (We did not utilize) The Whistling Grizzly provided prompt delivery and the food was good. We did not eat in the restaurant. The Bad: When we arrived we were taken aback by the lack of care or service from the front desk staff. We had never been to Jackson or the hotel and did not know much about the surrounding area. The gentleman did not greet us, offer any details about the hotel or room, just kind of checked us in and expected us to go on our way. Something I would expect from more of a cheap motel. No details on where to park, where the room is, do we need a parking pass? And when we asked he gave very basic responses/one word answers. It was very strange. At check in we asked about the bus route for the following day (we read it was an easy and cheap option to take to the mountain or downtown if you didnt want to drive) and were just told its across the street - okay? Where, which street, is there a route? How do we get tickets? (Which they provide tickets for but without us asking they would not provide any details, one word answers almost always. Again, it was very strange) So much so, that we had to ask a different person the next day. We were never greeted, no one said hello, no one really acknowledged you when you were at the desk. You had to go out of your way to get their attention. And when you walked through the lobby they just stared at you, without a hello, nod, or wave. I know its hard with masks, we cant see smiles anymore - but knowing this in that type of industry youd think a little acknowledgment as their customer would be nice. We didnt get to enjoy the hot tub. It was booked from the minute we arrived through the entire weekend. Every minute of each day. They did not offer to call if there were no-shows or cancellations or have a waitlist. When we asked about those options, we were rudely and abruptly told no. It was just a very bizarre experience from a service standpoint. We almost felt like we were interrupting their day. And it was like pulling teeth to get any information or details on anywhere we were going or about the hotel. We dont really have high standards, but just expect common courtesy and care for our business. Its unfortunate, because it was a good location and comfortable room. But the mood and tone the staff left, made a bigger impression. We wont return to this hotel, as we do plan on returning to Jackson for future vacations.

  Loved it!

  Beautiful hotel, loved the gas fireplace in our room after a long day of snowmobiling! Very comfortable beds. Very conveniently located, not downtown but a very short drive, several restaurants within walking distance. Great stay!!
