  Good value but location lacks much to desire. Good for business travelers.

  Stayed here as my husband had some work to do at Hsinchu and after which we were bringing the kids to Leofoo Theme park. Value for the money is good. But the location was not so. It was near the local train station which would be good for those business trips. The rooms are spacious enough for our active kids. But you could here the next door room and their own "active" kids too even when the couple was arguing! The night receptionist was quite cold but was somehow helpful when asked to help us book a taxi to downtown. But what was bothering me was breakfast was only up to 9am which was very a typical to other hotels.

  Nice rooms, great amenities

  This Hotel is very decent for its value, good spacious and clean rooms, very good amenities. They have a water dispenser in their rooms, with coffee and tea sachets. The internet connectivity was pretty good. The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped arrange for a taxi whenever it was required.

  Nice hotel

  Nice and clean hotel. Well appointed for the price enjoyed my stay a lot. Older style bathroom fittings but very clean. Friendly English speaking staff. Nice hotel. Bit off the beaten track but still worth it.

  Good for business travelers but not suitable for family trip.

  As I have refer from the previous reviews I do agreed with some of the comment . Most likely is value for money, location is great which is near to Zhubei train station about 3 mins walk , friendly and helpful staff at the reception counter. We choose to stay at this hotel is because my husband had some work here and the hotel is quite near to his working place by car about 5 mins . Quite a lot of business traveler would choose here because of their convenient . And you can see that local a lot of local will be staying here too as the price are value for money. One thing I have to bring out is that with such a good location they should have improve their house keeping. They should provide some training to their staff . As I can said I don't see good on their house keeping. Once you enter to their room you can smell a cigarette smell, Tv console are dusty, and floor are not vacuum unless you inform them. When you go up to their laundry area you can see the area are totally without care messy and dirty but I have no choice I have to tolerate it for a month. Sometime i feel body itch also once i lay down the bed. So every wkend we will check out and we went to Taipei and Taichung to spent our wkend at a better hotel. If it is a business trip I think is ok to stay here cause I think men are not as fussy as women I have no choice cause I have bring my son alone n he have a sensitive skin and I have inform the reception that my room need to be clean because of my son skin so they do help to inform their house keeping dept about it. That was great and awesome. For those who choose this hotel please do not have high expectation . If the next trip I were to travel to Zhubei again I won't consider back to this hotel. Breakfast are lousy and kitchen staff attitude are not up to my expectation very rude especially the way she handle those kitchen ware at the breakfast counter. It's like everyday in a bad mood. Overall I give is 2 out of 5...

  Hotel Served It's Purpose

  A very average stay. Did read the mediocre reviews, so didn't have high expectations. For some reason, unlike all my previous bookings with Agoda, they wanted my credit card on arrival to take the payment. This made me uneasy as I had always done the payment in advance. However after re-reading my confirmation email, it did mention the bill needed to be settled on arrival. I didn't have my credit card but they managed to take payment with the authorization. The hotel was well priced in relation to other accommodation in Hsinchu, located about a 3 minute walk from a train station and not too far from central Hsinchu. The hotel appeared to be doing renovations. Rooms were spacious not old or modern, and relatively clean. Missed breakfast. Overall a good value for money stay, will look at a different hotel if I visit Hsinchu again.
