  night away

  my husband and myself stayed here with friends as we had booked into the royal mint. from arriving to leaving our stay was wonderful. the staff were all very polite and pleasent. rooms are basic but clean . beds are comfy. we went to the bar area and had drinks then ordered evening meal. i had lasagne which was beautiful . nothing wrong with the food at all and there was plenty to choose from. breakfast in the morning was a self serve which was fine and it was cooked to perfection lovely and fresh. if i was ever down that way again i would stay here again and i would definatly reccommend the place too

  Great value

  Worryingly cheap (especially for a twin on Friday night), but not a bad place, good nights sleep and fantastic breakfast! Not sure why trip advisor makes you submit at least 200 words, sometimes brevity is preferable.

  Fantastic long weekend at the Three Saints Hotel Llantrisant

  I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very comfortable ensuite room in a quiet location ensuring a great night's sleep. Had a lovely soak in a hot deep bath after walking in the Brecon Beacons. Lots of hot water for the shower too. Food was outstanding, catering specifically for my gluten and dairy free needs at the full English breakfast, Sunday lunchtime carvery and evening meals. I was made to feel part of the family by all of the friendly staff.

  Needs improving

  We have just checked out after an overnight stay at the three saints. At best it was OK. Clean and warm but basic. Some concerns around health and safety that I did give feedback on. Our bedroom door was a fire door but had an inch gap at the bottom. The fuse box was in the bathroom. Walls needed attention with holes and cracks. The shower was scalding hot or freezing cold. After my other half burned her hands I didn't get in. It's not terrible but it's definitely not great. The staff on the other hand were lovely. Reception were very welcoming and helpful absolutely could not fault them. Gave feedback on what we found and they were receptive.

  Sunday Lunch

  Last week we were treated to free sunday lunches from Three Saints Hotel as we are paediatric nurses working in the local hospital at this very stressful time . The lunches were excellent, good prtions and very tasty . Thank you Three Saints for your generosity.
