  Surprising customer service beyond call of duty

  The hotel is renovating one of its block. Our reservation of a Western room was changed to a Japanese room view seaview. Basing on its design the hotel is dated but surprisingly the dated design looked new, including our room and the other facilities.What surprised us that is when we returned from Mikimoto, we discovered that our purchases were not accompanied by the usual official receipts that we were accustomed to receive while in Tokyo, the hotel staff took us back to the shop on the Mikimoto island the next day to obtain the official receipt. When we go to Toba again, we certainly will book this hotel. Hopefully, Mr Li, A Chinese national from Shenyang working at the hotel international guest relations department is still there.

  Casual Japanese Onsen hotel

  I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times. The rates are reasonable and they offer decent food (you can pay extra for specialty food). They have 3 big hot springs, inside and open air. Don't expect too much service and high-class quality, it's a casual, typical Japanese onsen (hot spring) hotel. Just make yourself at home and bathe many times a day. Who wants more?

  1st. JGTC Inspection trip

  Had a night stopover stay at this beautiful resort by the seaside. Great and huge rooms with good hospitality. Must try the onsen pools and their F&B offerings... you will not be disappointed for sure! Try requesting for the rooms at the new wing as it is more convenient for travelers with large piece of luggages

  Lovely Hotel

  This hotel is first class and a beautiful place to visit the rooms are traditional Japanese rooms, the food and service were also first class and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan.

  Excellent seaview with a super friendly spring bath

  The seaview of the hotel is excellent. Nice and peaceful. The hotel is modern and large. One of the big plus is the spring bath. The view is also very good. We can relax and spend a couple of hours there. In the female bath, it offers a set of shampoo bar and hair dryer collection. There are ten product for your choice.
