Súper recomendable!!
Estuve desde el 18/10 al 26/10 en hotel, fui solo y la verdad que la habitación me sorprendió, si bien era pequeña disponía de un buen baño con bañera, cocina, microondas, heladera, lava/secarropa, aire acondicionado y televisión. En conclusión esta bien equipado y distribuido el espacio. También tenía un amplio balcón con vista a la calle. Muy buena relación precio calidad. Lo único que le encuentro de negativo es que limpiaban solo una vez a la semana y el cesto de basura pequeño. Sin dudas si alguna vez tengo la suerte de volver a Tokio volvería allí sin dudas.

Cómodo y funcional
Habitación espaciosa. Tiene una pequeña cocina y lavadora en la habitación. Buenas vistas desde la terraza al Skyline tokiota. Precio muy ajustado en torno a 100 euros. Rodeado de comercios y a 200 metros estación de tren y metro. Qué más se puede pedir en Tokio?.

Clean, convenient & well-equipped
My wife and I picked this hotel based on reports from other reviewers and we were not disappointed. Tokyo is a sprawling city and this hotel is conveniently located just a few stops from most places along their very efficient subway/train lines. Rooms are small but well equipped and having a washer/dryer combo in your room is an added bonus. Small kitchenette and fridge but efficient enough if you want to heat up a snack after along day sight-seeing. Aircon worked well as temperatures were well above 30c for the time we were there. Breakfast is served in a cafe at street level next to the hotel, and although modest it sets you up for the day ahead. Staff on the desk were very polite and accommodating. If we were to return to Tokyo again one day we would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

Comfortable room with everything you meed
Rooms are fairly sized and clean and boast a balcony. Every unit is a neat little efficiency with everything you need. A desk, a small sitting area, a bathroom, a cooking area and a washing machine. Yotsuya is well located on the west side of the city, 40 minutes by subway to Asakusa and 30 minutes to Shibuya. At about $90-100 a night for a single room its value for money, but I might stay somewhere else next time Im in Tokyo to explore other parts of the city. Ps: if you stay less than a week, theres no housekeeping but they will remove your trash and give you fresh towels

A Very Good Hotel in Quiet Yotsuya
We stayed at the Tokyu Stay Yotsuya during the Rugby World Cup in October 2019. While Tokyo was extremely busy, Yotsuya was relatively quiet. Its rather central but not as crowded as the more popular tourist-oriented districts of Tokyo. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Yotsuya metro station, which proved to be very handy. All the staff at the Tokyu Stay Yotsuya were very polite and helpful. Miss Goda, who worked on the reception desk, was extremely helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to Typhoon Hagibis. Our room was a reasonable size with a large bed, small sofa, wardrobe, desk, etc. There was also a small kitchenette that was equipped with a fridge, microwave, saucepans, plates, utensils, etc. There was also a washer/dryer. Best of all there was a small balcony with a wonderful view across Tokyo. On a couple of days we could see Mt Fuji from our room! Brilliant! Unfortunately, there are few restaurants in Yotsuya that have much for vegetarians on their dinner menus. There is a Family Mart right next to the hotel and you can find just about everything you need for snacks, a light meal plus beer and English language newspapers. We heartily recommend The Rising Sun pub nearby for an excellent pint, grilled cheese sandwiches and chips plus excellent rugby camaraderie!
