  Barato pwro malo. Los empleados secos y poca onda para ayudar y responder dudas. Los cuartos no estan en las mejores conduciones, vi insectos. Bien ubicado a pocas cuadras del monoriel y varios shopping malls.

  Just don't...

  Not a good hotel at all... No elevator... No Wi-Fi in room... Noisy... Bad staff... If you still want to look through that & consider this hotel... The one main positive is food all around it... It is right in the Jalan Alor Street food area where you try everything & anything...

  Very pleasant!

  After spending one night at the terrible Galaxy Inn, we changed to Town view hotel which was a just a bit more expensive but much more comfortable. The AC was working good, the bed was clean, so was the room. We enjoyed chatting with reception staff, all of the three were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is next to Jalan Alor which is supposed to be a foodie paradise (we didn't like it much) and is very close to KLCC area. You can get to Petronas towers on foot.

  Good location and clean hotel

  I stayed here for four days and the moment I arrived I felt welcome. Thanks to Hassan (Reception) who treated me like I was a special guest. The hotel is clean and location is good. But the best part of this hotel is Hassan like I mention before . He showed interest every time I came back from travel. He makes me feel special with his friendly smile and was very service minded. He gave me a lot of helpful tips about where to eat. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time.

  If I could give zero stars - I would have

  Fortunately we never intended to sleep at this hotel. We just needed a spot to store our bags for a few hours while we shopped and ate. Even still, we were not confident that our bags would still be there when we came back for them. It looked like the door had been kicked in at some stage, Had we intended to sleep here - we would have immediately turned around and left. The hotel is conveniently located at the top of Jl Alor and just off Jl Bukit Bintang, right in the heart of KL's main shopping district. The hotel starts on the first floor - but there is no lift, just some stairs. The rooms then are another flight up - again, still stairs. The room we had looked a bit like a prison cell. It might be suitable to rent by the hour - if you were desperate. The bathroom was dingy and the place smelled bad. The manageress had to be asked for the wifi password. We were glad to be leaving that same evening.
