  Nice Twelve Day Stay

  All in all quite a good experience for our visit.The two bed suite was of good size with plenty of storage space and decent sitting area with adequate kitchen.Staff were all very friendly and helpful.There was a small issue with cleaning which was quickly resolved however I suspect that maybe the cleaners dont have enough time to properly clean every day.

  Rooms where not clean. Staff was not very nice.

  Upon check in it took about 20 min. When we got to the rooms there was hair in the shower and on the floor, Urine on the toilet, and the sheets we not clean either. I went down stairs and asked for clean sheets, told the clerk about the stains and she responded with what did you do to them, they were not like that. I had to wait almost 30 minutes because the (PM Shift)front desk lady said she had to answer the phone, she even waited when it was not ringing. Later on that day my children and I got in the elevator and there was the same Front Desk Clerk.. I told my kids to scoot all the way over and then the lady scooted right next to my daughter, smiled and said well since everyone is coming to this side I wanna come too. I was very uncomfortable and with COVID.. well you understand! Her mask was not following the proper Marriott health protocols! Later that night around 11 I went to go ask for coffee creamers and there was another lady there, she said if theres none on the counter then theres is no more I asked politely if she could check under the cabinets. She gave a sigh and went to go look and there was creamer. The next morning my brother in-law went to go asked for towels and the Front Desk Clerk (different clerk) responded with a very sharp attitude oh we are not having this! You need to bring the dirty towels first, we aint just giving towels. This experience was awful. My family came to this hotel because it was the only available online due to the winter storm. We were also tired and frustrated but no one deserves to be treat with such low manors when your the guest! My family works in hospitality and this was the type of experience I would NEVER expect from a Marriott property!

  Staff and accommodations were excellent

  Staff and accommodations were excellent! This hotel was a God send for us during the ice/snow storm! Having breakfast delivered to the room everyday was the cherry on top! The staff really stepped up in a time of crisis and was still so sweet!

  Best hotel staff I've ever experienced

  I've been traveling for work for the past 7 years, and spent the 5 years before that working at a resort... the staff at Towneplace Suites are easily the most welcoming, accommodating, and helpful group of people that I've ever encountered. I was at the hotel for 2 months with travelling medical staff, and the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond their regular duties to make us feel taken care of. Their level of teamwork is phenomenal, and it has a direct impact on the guest's experience. Seriously... the staff here are exceptional.

  Terrible Experience

  The rooms look great on the website, but that's not what they're like in reality. You could only fit one person on the "couch" and when it pulled out to a bed it was a very thin mattress that was very uncomfortable. When we asked the front desk for pillows for the pull-out couch they didn't have any. We could hear the guest next door snoring and rowdy kids woke us up at 6 am. One of the TVs didn't work and the stove looked like it had seen better days. After we saw ants in the bathroom we checked out and went to another hotel.
