  Nice new hotel!

  We stayed here two nights while visiting with family. The room was well designed in terms of efficiency. My daughter enjoyed making up the couch as a sofa bed but she opted to sleep with us the second night. She enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was crowded and they ran out of clean plates. We didnt have time to try their waffles. All in all, we were happy with it and would stay there again.

  Home away from Home!

  I am moving into the area and wanted a place close to the base without actually being on the base. This hotel fit the bill. From the OUTSTANDING service to the clean hotel and rooms, this was a great place to stay. Each room comes with a Kitchenette, Dishwasher, Full Size Refrigerator and all items necessary to cook your own meals. Breakfast was included if you didn't want to make your own. The hotels close proximity to Bridge Street was also a plus. Whether for business or transition I definitely recommend this hotel.

  Disappointed

  I always stay here but my last stay (this past weekend President day) sums it up for me that I wont be back again. Ive always had a Marriot form when I stay but the manager on duty (not general manager) decided to let me know my form was invalid even though it expired March 1, 2020. She tried to convince me that it expired November 2019 & I was like that do not add up. So I was pissed off my rate was $39.00 now I had to switch over to the government rate for one night which was $96!!!! I had to pay a total of including incidentals $140.00 but the total came out to be $112.40. They do not know what they are doing far as accommodations & providing customer service. The hotel is going down & employees just as clueless

  Misleading Pet Fee

  The non-refundable pet fee of $150 needs to more accessible to guests. I was not aware of this fee until check in. Unless you search on the website, it just tells you that the hotel is "pet friendly". If I had known about this fee, I would have stayed somewhere else. I will not be staying at any Marriot hotels in the future.

  place is worn down. Only 4 working taking care of hotel.Not good for long stay!

  The folks at the front desk are very nice, friendly and willing to help. As far as the room, missing almost everything one knife, one plate... Do not even try to do any cooking there. Range is dirty, full of crumbs. Floor only vacuum once a week. vinyl flooring gets sticky, but not cleaned. We have asked to have someone mop the dining area over 2 weeks with no result! told the manager, but the maid is too busy! We will be here close to a month. There are quite a few staying here not wearing masks even though the state of Alabama requires it! Free breakfast is a small bottle of water, a small muffin and an orange/banana/apple. Rooms are filled up. Thought they were to be no more than 50%. Sanitizing wipes on the rooms is a laugh. they give us 2 wipes but only if you ask.
