  In a time of pandemic I dont know if SAFE

  My experience with this hotel was horrible. When I came into the room, none of the plates or utensils were there. I called front desk and asked for them and I was told he is still trying to track it down like it went somewhere and nobody knows where it is. He finally brought it to me and I found that the missing utensils, plates and coffee carafe was in the dishwasher. I am not even sure the room the room was cleaned. I wanted to move to Candlewood suites but I was not sure they have an open room. Good thing that I had only booked an overnight stay

  Overnight in the most disgusting hotel

  There was blood on the walls the ac unit had Cheerios and mold everywhere being a Bonvoy Member elite wondering why I would ever stay in another one. Traveling for relocation with a large company. This is horrible. Needed an accessible room but it had no water. So was given another room. Both rooms were covered with mold in showers. I mean covered. Nothing wiped done. Worried about Covid I was worried about disease in general. Housekeeping should be thrown out of the building. The hotel should be shut down and rehabbed. The only reason for one 1 star was the front desk staff was as helpful as can be. They were apologetic for the poor condition of the rooms and how housekeeping is not performing the minimum.

  Thank You Again!

  After traveling all day with my elderly Mother I was exhausted. I was greeted by a cheerful woman by the name of Sandy! Sandy went above & beyond to not only make my check in process very pleasant... She helped me get my elderly mother out of the vehicle, carried her purse and walked her to our room!! Sandy was so compassionate & caring with my mom it truly made our night!! I wish every Marriott property had a "Sandy" Thank You Again.

  Poorly Cleaned & Maintained Towneplace

  There have been many issues in our 8 day stay. As a Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy Member we were upgraded to a 2 Bedroom King Suite. The first issue was a charge pending for $22 a night additional for the upgrade that should be complimentary. This issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The King Bed in one bedroom sags due to broken or incorrect frame. The other King bedroom is missing a lamp and closets in both bedrooms are missing doors. The chairs around the dining tables are coming apart. The range hood was missing a light bulb. The bathroom fixtures have mold growing indicating poor cleaning practices. The drywall is cracking in walls and ceilings. Because of COVID-19, cleaning is once a week after 7 days and the property refused to schedule anywhere in between the 7 days citing Marriott Standards. Marriott has inconsistent policies with some daily cleaning, some weekly, some upon request and this property is the most inflexible I have stayed during our 73 days in hotels since March 2020.

  Terrible.

  Old and poorly maintained. Everywhere there are details that gives you the sensation of dirtiness and lack of care. We could not turn off the air conditioning even when the front desk person tried to help. We stayed there thinking it was a nicer suite concept from Marriott but it was a total disappointment. Will never stay again.
