  Habitación muy cómoda

  Positivo: La atención de todo el personal fue excelente y la habitación muy amplia y cómoda. La señal de wifi funcionó muy bien. Negativo: El desayuno es bastante pobre, no hay variedad de opciones y la calidad no es del todo buena.

  Couldn't sleep

  Location was fine, amenities were fine, cleanliness was okay (no dirt or hair, but there were mystery stains on the curtains), bed was comfortable but oh my god, it was so loud! I felt like I was on the set of the fast and the furious after ten pm. The hotel is pretty close to the 404 and apparently if you want to race your car/motorcycle this is the place. Noise from the highway through the windows, noise from the other guests through the walls. Unfortunately this means I will never be staying at this hotel again. I was really hoping to love it because 200$ for a one bedroom with a hot breakfast is a great price.

  Exellent location, great staff, but a bit dissapointing physically

  We stayed for a couple of weeks in this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location Close to a ton of restaurants. Service was excellent especially the breakfast staff (strangely the dining room is located on the 14th floor). The only deficiency is that carpet needed a deep cleaning and the room description doesn't exactly match the web description.

  Beyond Expectation

  I am giving a 5 star review based on (1) location, close to j-town, Pacific mall and countless choices of restaurant (2) I traveled with a family of 3, enough space for the 3 of us to have our own space (3) a full kitchen, I'm able to make food for my 3 yo (4) free breakfast (5) great cocktail! Completely went beyond my expectation. Will come again.

  Great Value great rooms

  Stayed here for business for 1 week. The rooms have a 2 burner stove full size fridge microwave and built in dishwashers. They serve a wonderful hot and cold breakfast free of charge. The gym is decent and the indoor pool is pretty nice. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is within a short distance of restaurants and things to do

  Average hotel

  Just an average stay in an average hotel. We went to check in and asked for some additional bedding for the pullout couch. The front desk staff had me stand there waiting while another guest was off getting something from their car. After 4-5 minutes I asked a different staff member for bedding and pillows. In terms of the room, things were...tight. The queen bed and the pullout coach touched each other, making movement a significant challenge. The decor was nice, the room furnishings were nice. Everything was just sort of....ok. I've seen other reviews about charging for parking. This infuriates me too but I get it - almost every hotel is doing this now. I get that it was a hockey tournament weekend, but it was the least service I think I've felt in a long time.

  Manger went above and beyond! Pull Out should not be considered sleeping arrangements

  I booked this hotel on behalf of my Ringette Team that was playing in a tournament in Ajax. Prior to my arrival I was notified by the Hotel Manager, Katie that the pool was not available due to required maintenance. As you can imagine this was a huge disappointment travelling with kids. She called me asap to discuss options to make our stay manageable. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and comfortable for the weekend. All of the front desk staff were pleasant and happy to help. I booked a one bedroom suite and was happy with the large room and plenty of space. The only thing negative I would say, but this goes to ALL hotels is that the pull outs are not comfortable at all. They advertise that this is where one or two people can sleep, but one adult is lucky to fit. You also have to deal with a 3" mattress and all the bars from the frame. ALL hotels need to improve this or not advertise that the pull out is a sleeping option. I would highly recommend staying here and perhaps reaching out to Katie to book your next group!!!

  Come back again and again

  We are repeating guests of TownerPlace Suites Markham. We visit my family once or twice a year and everytime (6 years or so already) we decide to stay in this hotel due to the following reason: Convenient location, Good sized room with plenty of storage places; A good desk and internet connection to work; Very well maintained room; Very comfortable bed, friendly front desk staff and last but not least, the nice bistro downstairs where we like to go there in the evening for a simple meal, a good glass of wine or a coffee with a digestive. Thanks to the warm hospitality of Hassan, Roy and Paul, we always felt very welcomed and very relaxed. No doubt we will come back this year again.

  A wonderful surprise!

  I chose this hotel as it's right off the 404. It only took 45 minutes to drive from the hotel to Dufferin and King. The room was lovely, it had a kitchenette with a full fridge, stove top, microwave, dishes etc. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise - lots of hot and cold options and REAL dishes and cutlery. Parking was a deal at $8.00/day. Excellent staff, too.
