  Great Stay For The Price!!

  Comfortable bed, cheap rates, and nice staff. Great place just to stop and spend the night while I was driving by. Staff was very helpful while I was there to help me find a place to eat and made sure I had everything I needed to get a peaceful nights rest.

  Pros and cons

  Truly a "you get what you pay for" experience. Pros: inexpensive, newer comfortable beds, newer carpeting, frig and microwave. Cons: the rest is still old, like the entire bathroom, shortage of outlets near the beds, breakfast will only consist of coffee, if requested. Maybe a donut, but office was locked at around 7:30, so not worth the effort. We stopped at a mini mart nearby and got coffee and Subway within had breakfast sandwiches. There is a restaurant next door. The manager put some noisy kids right above us and they must have been flipping water bottles or wrestling because after 2 hours I called and I asked manager to kindly inform them that there were people below them. An hr. later, I complained again, as the noise actually intensified. He said he'd tell them to check out if it continued. About 11pm, I could finally fall asleep. There is only 1 other motel in Eads and their rate was more than double, so if your standards or budget is on the lower end, well, just being realistic. BTW, even though the TV was an old tube type, it had cable and was actually clearer than some of the other hi def TV's in other higher grade motels we stayed at on this road trip.

  Not worth the stay! Better hotel down the road.

  Our room was not very clean, the beds had a bunch of stains on them and were as hard as sleepin on a coffee table. It was really dusty and stuffy in there. It more than likely had mold as well. There was a big water stain on the cealing with a tiny hole and pealing paint. The beds had no headboards and they told us the tv doesnt work. There were PLENTY of other rooms and we may have gotten one of the worst ones since we're from out of state. This place doesnt even deserve a star and not worth the money all tho we only stayed there for about 10 hrs, much rather have slept in a car...

  Good place to stay

  I read the reviews, but it's under new management, so I'd thought we'd check it out. I asked to look at a room, and the manager had no problem with that. I was satisfied, so I rented a room. The beds were comfortable, and the linen clean. The rooms are good looking and clean. The manager was very nice, and happy to accomadate. They are pet friendly, and very reasonably priced. Management said they were trying hard to restore the motel to a high standard, and it shows. I will stay again given the need!

  Presentation is Important

  Yikes, When there is blood stains on the sheets but you already paid for the room what do you do? Tell somebody who gives 2 hoots to a owl.. Front Desk was fine @ check in. Traveling with 2 children & 2 adults, tired trying to get to your destination. We needed a place to rest our phat heads. Don't do it.. not here ...
