  Feels like, so comforting

  10/10 would definitely recommend!! Felt like home, everyone here was so helpful and friendly!! I would recommend this place to couples and families and even singles, or even a weekend getaway with friends!!

  Bad Experience totally bad

  There are no lights inside the room just lampshades with the minimal light even in the washroom. The pillows are so thin as if you are sleeping without and the bed are very hard in the back. If I can give a zero in this review I will. Very poor customer service. Airconditioning is not functioning we are scorching hot in the room.

  I was scared on many levels

  I was in complete shock when I entered the room, some sort of industry regulation must have been violated to charge for the state of this room. There was no headboard, 2 square cushions for pillows, patches on the walls, what looked like blood on the windows and curtains, no closet doors, safety latch looked ripped off. There were suspicious people hanging around in the parking lot, did not feel safe. We left immediately to a different hotel. Expedia was able to get us a refund based on the pictures of the room we provided (looks nothing like the pictures advertised)

  Bad experience

  We booked this hotel last minute due to my husband getting altitude sickness in Banff, and we hoped to spend a night at a lower elevation before our flight the next day. When we arrived, we became concerned for safety due to the people loitering outside the building as well as in the lobby. We did go to see our room, but the blanket was dirty/stained and we did not feel comfortable staying. We left without touching anything in the room. We were not given a refund for our cancellation, even with Expedia trying to advocate for us. We had to go to another hotel. I was extremely disappointed in not being refunded, especially considering we made the reservation about an hour before arriving and we left as soon as we got there because of the conditions of the place.

  Nightmare hotel

  This hotel is horrible. The picture on line are a lie. There is no breakfast there was only one elevator working. When I finally arrived to my room. It wasn't clean there weren't any washcloths in the room and the hallway smelled funny. I checked out early and was told they wasn't going to return my money for the next day 7/24/2024. The staff at the front counter became extremely rude when I advise them that I wanted my money back and that wasn't in their rules while booking this location. Overall this is a HORRIBLE, UNCLEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL.
