  Noisy, run down, and dirty

  Many issues with this hotel: elevator isn't working and we were on the third floor, carpet stained and looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks, safety latch on our room door didn't work because half of it was missing, no shampoo/conditioner offered, guests were loud cussing and apparently drunk most of the time, one of the doors on the way to our room was broken and could not be opened so we had to snake our way all around the hotel to get to our room through a functional door, and a general extremely run down look and feel to the whole place.

  Bad smell and very dirty

  The hotel was one of the worst experiences we had. The smell is very bad. The room is very dirty (please see picture). The price for the value was extremely high I would had rather stayed at a hostel Look at the air vent (picture)......... Also look at the badroom,.............

  Avoid like the plague

  Old building in poor condition and not very clean. The so-called breakfast consisted in bad coffee and muffins. We forgot a pair of shoes and the manager stopped answering our phone calls. Terrible experience.

  Terrible

  I found my self for the first time ever thinking of not staying in the hotel even though I paid for it. It was dirty, in desperate need of repair, can't believe this is a Best Western! I'd give 0 starts if it was possible.

  RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!!

  Fairbanks is a great place to visit, don't ruin it staying at this so-called hotel. Dirty, beaten-up, broken elevator, extremely poor breakfast and useless staff... clearly one of our worse decisions this trip. Cancel your reservation if you still have time.
